the ultra optics is a trip because it's matte+clear. i've had people ask me if i actually had a screen protector on my phone, and they're dumbfounded when i show them its fingerprint resistance. i love it.

got 2 packs of the Ultra Oleo's for $13 shipped. from amazon, so I figure I'd give em a try. Ordered the 28th and it got delivered today so that was good.

Haven't picked up my package yet, but I'm excited to get this anti-glare wrapsol off my screen. it's a nice protector, but I hate the bad clarity on it.

Edit: I just fell in love with this phone all over again! I've had that fuzzy wrapsol on it since day one and now the screen looks perfect! Install was easy, they even provided little stickers to use to get dust off from the underside of the protector during install. Theres a bit more friction on this protector which will take a bit to get used to, but I'm ok with that.. Overall I give it a 8.5/10. Negatives: I know there's a bit of clarity degradation from looking through the protector before I put it on; I can't get the top right corner to stay down and I've tired everything. Right now my case is keeping it down and hidden though; and I wish there was less friction to it.

give it 1-2 weeks. you will probably start hating it, like a few of us did.
I have an experience in sgp product for the couple of month.. N the sgp ultra optic is the one of the screen protector that i use for 3 hours only.. I really disappointed abot this product
My 1st sxreen protector is sgp ultra crystal
N second is sgp ultra fine EX - anti fingerprint
Im so lucky becoz have spare 1 ultra fine (most sharper view n no rainbow effect)

Best screen shield I have ever used by far, will probably use this one for the 2 years I have the phone, I normally go through 1 every couple months. The Ultra Clear is good as well it gets a LOT of fingerprints though. Ultra Optics is the best around, only major one I haven't tried are the Martin Fields screen protectors.

Yeah well...I had to give up on this ultra optics AF. Just too annoying to view with.

I went back to the SGP Ultra fine which is what I now feel is the best AF going.

How is the oleophobic coating compared to the iPhone without screen protector?
The talk about how great it is, is it compared to other screen shields or also compared to the coating on the iPhone?

One of the biggest reasons that i never used a screen shield on my phones(or had them on for a couple of weeks tops) is that they get so greasy...

The oleo phobic coating on the iPhone is great, better than on all high end android phones I've had.

do you all get use to the spectrum effect when viewing a light source reflected in the film? Kind of Christmas colors... the red and green. I've never had this on any other film, anti-glare or crystal. I assume the crystal SGP would not have this?
I can't get use to the reflections and I see a wavy pattern that bugs me. I'm moving to the ultra crystal. I've also noticed that the ultra optics really doesn't hide fingerprints all that well and if that is the case I might as well have clarity and fingerprints with the ultra crystal.

Anti glare is good. But the screen did get a bit fuzzy after installation.
Expectation too high I. Guess. But anti fingerprint works though.
But not grease proof.

Once u get some oil on, it wouldn't come off without some sort of liquid wipe.

Any1 have both or seen the between Ultra Optics and Ultra OLEOPHOBIC ones?

Thanks

I haven't used the Ultra Optics, but the Oleophobic is similar in look and feel to the naked screen. The only way to know it is there is camera hole.

I found that the Oleophobic screen protectors scratch too easily and the coating wears off after about a month.

I just picked up a 4S a few weeks ago and have decided to go with the Ultra Optics. I have used the product in the past on my iPhone 4 and while it does have it's flaws(difficult to clean sometimes), it's still my favorite screen protector out there.
