Got a call from my Apple Store in Bellevue, WA. They had one set aside from me - which was very nice of them to call me about. Just got back with it, and it's absolutely awesome. I really like it. I especially like the sound the keys make when you type. It's really...cozy. That's all I have to report.
Glad Best Buy is getting them in finally. Hopefully they don't go into back order status!

My Best Buy order placed today was switched to backorder. Instead of arriving December 3rd, it's now scheduled to arrive on December 22nd (later than my order from Apple).

Apparently Tysons had some too. I live in Loudoun County and by the time I make the trip to either pentagon city or Tysons they'd be out. God forbid they hold it for us or allow me to purchase it over the phone....
That wouldn't be fair to the scalpers out there if they did hold them for us. HAHA.. Good luck on your search! Hopefully it will become readily available soon!
Best Buy doesn't even let you order it anymore now. I suspect a bunch of orders are going to go into back order status. Really is crazy that it's so hard to get one of these things.

Just managed to score one at the Best Buy in the Woodlands ,TX. There was one left after my purchase. I'm surprised it made it to 7pm on Black Friday.
Got an email that my BBY order from this morning is now on backorder. Kill me man. How hard is it really to get a ****ing keyboard.
I placed my order around 11am est, I haven't gotten a back ordered email like some people have. I wonder how many they had when it was briefly in stock
I didn't get an email, but I checked my order status which updated to backordered. Check yours too - I ordered around 1030.
I originally checked the status when people started saying they got backordered emails, but now i see its prepairing for shipping, hopefully I've crossed that backordered bridge.

I know its a longshot but if anyone has an extra keyboard somehow, I'd love to buy it off you - its for a gift and its been something I've been trying to find virtually all over the internet (and stores around me). Obviously would throw in a bit extra.... thanks.
