I am in the UK and it is still 24 hrs for iPhone 4 and iPad 2 and iPhone 5 would be launched around same time in UK as USA

Isn't Samsung the main supplier for flash memory to Apple ? Maybe they try some power play in return for all the legal action in different countries. Not breaking their contract to deliver but some "production related quality issues" causing some bottleneck ?

Complete guess ... But hey: why not

There were problems with the store over the weekend and in the early part of this week for those who have ordered products and tried to track them (this was worldwide not just country specific). It has now fixed itself however they may have a backlog of orders to get through which could be delaying shipping times.

Wow! I just ordered by refurb 27'' iMac yesterday and it shipped immediately. Now all refurbs showing 30 business days before shipping!! Glad I got mine while I could.

Maybe the previous estimates were not accurate. These sound more realistic.

Nah. I ordered my refurb iMac at 5:00pm yesterday and FedEx picked it up at 6:05pm. Now all other refurbs are showing 30 business days.

30 business days to ship a refurb isn't at all accurate since they only list refurb models they have in stock to sell.

Curious b/c it's highly doubtful Apple would refresh nearly its entire line in the course of a week or two. The Mini and iMac aren't that old either. But it's also tough to blame it on production since their isn't a single factory assembling all these products. Maybe it's some sort of parts shortage.

Maybe they are "shutting it down and give the money back to the shareholders" :D

I told my dad about my 2008 MBP logic board failing yesterday and he said it was probably because Steve Jobs resigned. Maybe all of their stock is failing too.

It would just be a software glitch, order anything you will probably get it in 2 or 3 days, if there was supply problems or product refresh across the range the European stores would have similar dates but everything is "within 24 hrs" in Europe, it is just a software glitch IMHO, nothing to see here move on

No it's not, the UK store had most items slipped to 2-3 days from yesterday, the 13" MBP has now gone back to 24hrs, everything else is 2 days upwards.

I think a refresh of the Product line for the Christmas season will happen. Combining the iMac and Mac Pro product line into a single line with no Superdrive. The Thunderbolt display was a key product to make this happen.
