As someone who has posted comments less than flattering about yourselves on this forum because of the lack of information on progress and long delivery time, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to come to a forum that is currently somewhat less than friendly.
Are you able to comment on the root cause for the two key issues, which from our perspective as customers appear to be - why the tracking information was so confusing and slow to update, and secondly, is it true, as some of your staff are being reported as saying, that the reason for the delay is because Apple gave you incorrect consignment information?
Mine came 45 minutes ago. It's synced and ready to go. I don't have any of the reception or proximity sensor issues. It's perfect and amazing.
