Final Destination is London. I just got off the phone with them and I was told that the international shipments (including all our phones) is due to arrive in the east midlands depot tonight. This would then be updated in the online tracking system. Due date shows tomorrow, so they are reasonably confident that it will be out for delivery on the 7th... I'd rather have it today but no can do I guess...

Hey everyone, chill out.
What you don't appreciate is the huge favour we're all doing the planet by using a distribution company that only moves items every few days - think of the air and truck petrol fumes that are being avoided.
By us using the slowest distribution company in the world, we're helping to save the planet. If we used a 21st century, efficient distribution company then we would be killing the planet cos of all the flights and speedy movement of our orders.
No, by having our phones sit in a Dutch warehouse for a few days, the planet will love us back.
Feel good about that and appreciate the Karma.

You forgot about all the energy used by the tracking servers of tnt. Imagine how many requests we've done in the past days 😉

Popped out from work for lunch, came back 20 mins later to be told by Reception that TNT had tried to deliver my phone. They wouldn't let anyone else but me sign for it - so he left with the bl**dy phone...
Just got off the phone with TNT and he's been told to return with my phone.
I think they are dragging this out on purpose.

Just spoken to Paul in the TNT care team. He could see mine is currently in transit to Northampton at the moment despite the web tracker not having updated.
Seems the initial delay was caused by Apple not correctly labelling a large consignment, and the web tracker hasn't been updating for some people as apparently they are shipping so many that some scans have been missed out for some people.
He confirmed that its on track for delivery tomorrow and promised a call in the morning to confirm this with me. 🙂

I'm hoping this is the case with mine too, that it is shipping past Arnhem and the lack of updates is caused by the volume of traffic at their end.

I was told yesterday that is would be delivered to me on wednesday despite the tracking info still saying it was still in Arnhem.
