Just got new 2013 mac pro(6,1),and i plan to upgrade ram and ssd, should i need to keep apple original ssd(256gb) and ram(8x8=32gb) for apple care(3 years warranty) in future?

For sure no need to keep RAM. I know that’s a user-upgradeable part. Not sure about SSD. I’d keep the SSD, but don’t know if it’s necessary.

The original SSD is needed for firmware upgrades. Every time Apple release a new MP6,1 firmware upgrade, you will need to reinstall it into your trashcan - don´t ever sell it.

Wow... didn't know that. Will remember that for future upgrades into the near future.
