Golden Brown leather link...still a top 5 fav all time

My series 8 graphite just turned up and is setting up now. Any idea how I transfer mobile data plan from my one one to the new?I did! So far the most noticeable thing is the screen. I didn't think it would be THAT much larger but it definitely feels that way to me. I'm pretty happy with that alone so far. I guess it depends on what you want in the watch to be able to tell whether it is worth the upgrade because I'm honestly not sure what else is different aside from the temperature sensors.
I was torn between this and the Ultra, but I think this watch fits in everyday scenarios/fashion more than the Ultra does.
I've actually never used the watch data plan stuff before so unfortunately I dontMy series 8 graphite just turned up and is setting up now. Any idea how I transfer mobile data plan from my one one to the new?
Tried the Jumpman logo on my Concrete band (still have the Light Gray band that came with my Series 5 Ti; basically the same as Concrete). Forgot to adjust logo at top per recent suggestion... anyway, looks good. I'm done for now with laser engraving.

I love how it mimics my SBSS and the SS in different lighting. It’s a winner!
Awesome combo the slate blue braided loop & Silver SS! I might have to do the same with my S7 SSHad to get the slate blue. Finally my favourite colour in my favourite band style. Have always loved the northern blue and last year the bleu lin but this combination now is a dream. 😍

I often think of it as a classier, more elegant SBSS...#GraphiteGang
Told you it’s the perfect middle ground!
While I agree those are some fighting words with a certain subset of the population 🥲I often think of it as a classier, more elegant SBSS...

For those missing the non-Hermes SBSS, this might just satisfy the craving at a down to Earth price!

Except—spoiler alert—it does have DLC coating! It really is the do everything finish. Just don’t let a milanese scratch it!Just bought a Graphite S8 and I love this thing. I had SBSS for Series 3 and 4 but I think the Graphite has way more character with the way the light reflects off it. Unfortunately it will also likely get more "character" over time in terms of scratches without the protection of that DLC coating.
My S6 natural titanium was my favorite finish ever though, and I would've purchased it again had it been available. I fear that titanium will no longer be an option for the non-Ultra watches though.

No Apple has only specified the Graphite is PVD (much like the Graphite finish on the iPhones). I think there was a brief time at the launch of the S6 where they said it was DLC. But I attribute that to the usual fog of uninformed Apple reps that happens around each product launch because they find out about them at the same time we do. I believe it has always been PVD, no doubt as a way for daddy Tim to cut costs (and create differentiation with the Hermes).Except—spoiler alert—it does have DLC coating! Edit: the apple site says PVD for Graphite (DLC being a type of PVD) and DLC for SBSS…am I crazy or did it say DLC the last two years?
Yeah…I’ve still got my S2 SBSS (a relic nowSadly the Graphite is PVD, while the SBSS is DLC. Apple confirmed this on their tech specs page here:

In any case, there's no way I'm letting a Milanese loop anywhere near this thing haha.
