Show Off Your Watch Face and Home Screen!

Still playing around with it. Waiting for a few of the apps I use to start pushing out their watch versions.

The OCD in me is yelling "you need 3 more apps!!!" lol but looks good though.

This is a problem with symmetrical home screen designs. Sure you can make something look pretty, but what happens when a new app comes out you want? A good design needs to be organic and can build upon.

My face rotation changes all the time

I've been rotating between these several times/day. And, sometimes I have problems visually looking at a round face with the Apple Watch's square case, but I tell myself the complications help square things. I'll also bounce between an orange, red or grey second hand on the Simple face. Don't have a clear winner/favorite yet. Maybe I never will.

Just out of idle curiosity, did you choose the English localisation or is there no Dutch localisation on the watch?

Unfortunately there's no Dutch language available yet indeed. But I don't mind that. In fact, I find if easier to use in English. It's the same on my iPhone. Only turn-off is that I now can't use Siri in Dutch, which actually IS available on my iPhone. When I try to switch to Dutch, it warns me about that Siri will be completely turned of on my Watch since Dutch is not supported on it.

So far

I have used this one most often but I have been changing it a lot.

Loving the ability to branch out on the home screen instead of just have everything as a big blob, it's better than fiddling around in a large mesh to find the app you want, just swipe in the general direction you want and you're there!

I've gone for:
Top: Fitness related apps
Bottom: Communication
Left: General organisation and miscellaneous
Right: Media (with all the "time" related apps as a branching block)

Still not finished yet but an enjoyable start :)

great idea on the org...would never have thought of this! thanks for sharing

I find the motion watch face cool for the evening when I don't need to see any complications.

But it's major downside is that the motion image in the background takes too long to appear. By the time you've glanced at the time, the image has just started to appear.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1431295892.692048.jpg

This is my watch face.

I really like the amount of information I have right there as it helps to keep me organised.

I have done nothing with my apps but I will post that once I settle on an arrangement.

I wish i could set this watchface from my max bill watch. I love the look!

How do you get them to branch out with just one app touching another? Mine only will branch out with at least two apps.

Here is my home screen... I like having it all organised up and down.

Apple apps down below and third part apps above with the clock in the middle. Nice and simple

I so wanted to use the motion watchface, but the inability to add even one small complication was a dealbreaker. I've gone with Modular.
