Probably because it looks better just kidding they both look good IMO but in the future if they choose to get a MacBook Air or Pro they can connect it to TB and have portability and a desktop at home

Probably because the life expectancy of the TB display is longer than an average computer's.

I didn't go with the iMac over the Mini for a couple of reasons.

1. Monitor will outlast computer.
2. While both can be upgraded, I was not comfortable with removing the screen from the iMac to install an SSD and second hard drive.

I can replace the computer or monitor if needed without having to buy both devices over again.

This seems to be another version of the mousepad. It was IceMat and this is by the same company but a current model

If I recall correctly icemat were bought by steelseries a few years back. They make a similar product. Not sure how it differs.

I love the desk that's awesome. Also what kind of mousepad is that? I want!
