I'm actually concerned about this.
IF they release Siri on iPad 2 (which shouldn't have any problem whatsoever running it), will they have to charge for a Siri update?
It's a really confusing law that I don't get, but from the gists of it, I think they have to charge consumers (or face legal penalties) for major features they didn't announce at the time of the unveiling, but later announce it. Like early iPod touch OS updates, and Facetime for older Macs.
