Yep can get it in DFU, tried 5.0 and 5.0.1.

you might want to try uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it fresh. i seem to remember having issues like this in the past and that worked..worth a shot.
repo is down.. from what I here they a working on it.. i'd wait for more info on this. a few concerns have been raised. if they are not using Apples Server they potentially can have acces to all your info.. 
After adding either http://www.cydia.be or http://www.iphone3gsystem.fr/cydia, the thing to search for is H1Siri. Of course, it might take some time to download because everyone who has a i4 and is jailbroken is trying this now.
Heard on xsellize that the server got overloaded so even if you got it to download it woudln't work or work sometimes.
From what i've heard:
Server offline - host moving to dedicated server to get it working
Video recording seems to be bugged, unusable while the program is installed
Difficulty installing - but possible
Unable to uninstall: have to restore
can't show proof for the thread got removed/deleted but theres a continuation of it on the forum, go look it up.

I also read that Facetime and Video Recording don't work. However, having to restore in order to uninstall? Wow...maybe it's a good thing I can't install it yet. Wish I hadn't uninstalled Siri0us before trying to install this!
H1siri installed and worked well on my I4.
My only issue aside for connection problems was the camera being screwed (couldn't record video) but there was a fix for that released on another forum.

are you sure that ins't winterboard? winterboard sometimes cuases taht, go to safe mode and then respring should fix the issue if winterboard's fault. If not, i have no idea.

but yes, there are several people that says its working, not 100% of the time, but sometimes due to server overload and complications, just give it a couple of days/weeks it should be up and about
i can confim that it is working some of the time
i am using an iphone 4 running 5.0.1 using sirira1n with devicerevisited patch as you dont get the camera issue like you do with the h1siri port.
not that it makes much difference but im in the uk.

How are you connecting to servers with Sirira1n? I thought that port only had GUI working?
the patch, patches the com.applle.assistant.plist file to connect to cd-team servers when they are up
