In case someone is still patiently waiting for the server to come up... It won't. This guy's (who kept the server) iPhone 4S authentication tokens are blacklisted.
Siri's server asks for 4 authentication codes (of which one expires every 24 hours and 3 stay constant) and if you don't have them, you don't have a connection. But the chinese guy thought he had solved it and simply hosted a server that forwarded all the requests to Apple with his auth tokens.
But he cheered too early... Because if Apple sees that there's a massive amount of requests with the same authentication token, they will simply blacklist it. Kinda sucks for him, because he won't be able to use Siri ever again on his 4S.
So, in other words, it's not possible to have a fully working and connecting Siri at the moment. The server host would need a new 4S every time Apple blacklists the codes. You can still use Siri on iPhone 4 if you can get your hands on a 4S every 24 hours. But that kinda defeats the purpose...
