Guess I won't be buying the iPhone 7 if this is true, Id say Apple is going way to far with these ugly colors, Black or Space gray

Just give me a moment while I vomit.
We can share a bucket because Iv vomiting also

I thought they should do a blue one just the other day. Hope it's true. I love my Rose Gold iPhone but I also like to change things up with every phone so would love my 7 to be a blue one.

Having a case on my phone I don't care what color the back.
I kinda like the white front but I prefer black.

So then this will be the new color lineup

I would welcome a blue iPhone but I would prefer something more subdued than the blue shown on this mockup. More blue-black or tone it down toward a slightly more gray shade.

This blue on the mockup is pretty and would suit me fine, but it's a little too electric blue to pass off in certain professional settings. I know my husband would welcome another color option that has black bezels but this shade of blue would clash badly with his suits and accessories. It would clash for a lot of women's business attire, too. While that's a popular shade of blue for dresses and purses, I think a phone should be just a little bit more toned down when the color selection is as limited as it is. It will look great with jeans though.

Honestly, is the popularity of the space grey really sure to the grey, or is it because it's the only black front option? I think it's like a blue/black iPhone. The blue nano 6g is IMO the best color combo that Apple has ever offered on any device.

Personally, I really doubt it, given the enormous popularity of the Space Gray color on the iPhone.

However, there may be a reason for doing this: Apple will stop making iPhones with the dark grey front bezel, and switch to all-white front bezel production. Remember, the Silver, Gold and Rose Gold colors for the iPhone 6/6s uses a white front; the new Deep Blue color may also use a white front bezel.

Apple is planning to introduce a "Deep Blue" color option to replace the Space Gray color option for the upcoming iPhone 7, according to a new report from Japanese website Mac Otakara. The new color will stand alongside the already available Silver, Gold and Rose Gold.

Mac Otakara says Apple plans to discontinue the "Space Gray" color, which was introduced with the iPhone 5s in 2013. The lighter shade replaced the darker slate black used on the iPhone 5. The color has since found its way to other Apple products, like the iPad Air, iPad Pro and 12-inch MacBook.

The Cupertino company has steadily added color options to its iPhone lineup. In 2008, Apple debuted a white color option alongside the black iPhone 3G. The company later renamed the white option Silver with the iPhone 5s, which also saw the debut of the Gold color option. Most recently, Apple added the Rose Gold option with the iPhone 6s.

The report also says the iPhone 7 will keep the same LCD glass surface that current iPhone models employ. This corroborates an earlier report saying that no major display upgrades are expected until 2017, when Apple switches to OLED.

Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 7 this September, with recent rumors suggesting the new iPhone will have a design similar to that of both the iPhone 6 and 6s and more radical changes coming to the 2017 iPhone. However, the iPhone 7 may not include a 3.5mm headphone jack. Additional features for the iPhone 7 could include a faster A10 chip, waterproofing, adjusted antenna bands, faster LTE and Wi-Fi chips and more.

I love this color and the front being all white. Very sharp and classy.

Innovation gone completely wild!. New watch bands, new iPhone colors, pretty amazing stuff. Pretty soon they are going to pull out all the stops and go for colors for those $29 charging cables…
Sadly, I'd pay a premium for black EarPods.

True, but it makes zero business sense to axe black/gray. If Apple wants to see sales really plummet then it should do that.
Ive seems to have a personal distaste for dark colors. Look at the Playskool UI colors since iOS 7 and Yosemite, or the refusal to offer a new black MacBook despite the $200 premium consumers were willing to pay for the option 10 years ago. I think the only reason Apple starts a each new product line with neutral colors is they're the least controversial, but as soon as the product line is validated, they're quick to branch out into more "personal" colors.

I don't see them dropping the option of a black front with a monochrome rear. Hopefully that means they'll offer black front with silver metal - that's my favourite (other than the lovely 5C), I'd consider upgrading just to get that back.

WTF? The only color that shouldnt go away is space grey /black..its the only business, professional ish color.
And I really hate deep blue/black color on samsung phones.
another poor design decision by Apple if true.
