Please reply when you see this, we are from Snapnator Team
Hi Snapinator, you write on here but don't respond to the multiple messages on Kickstarter??

Deflect much? Trying to save face? Why aren't you providing shipping information?

Well, I filed a complaint and I think the rest of you should as well.

FYI, they are shipping to people who bought Snapinators off their website, way before backers like me who purchased 8 months ago...

I have messaged Snapnator through kickstarter, and I too have not received my pledged purchase, nor so much as a reply.

Please see my post above. I have not received my pledged amount for the snapnator. Nor have you even bothered to respond to my inquiries. This puts a real damper on any and all future dealings again with kickstarter.

I received a reply back from kickstarter....

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry to hear that backing this project has been a frustrating experience.

Kickstarter is here to help creators fund new ideas, giving them control over their creative work as backers follow along and become a part of the process. But projects often start off by sharing an idea for something that isn't yet finished, and nobody can predict exactly how the process is going to go. Many ideas get refined or modified as they move from prototypes to actual products, and it’s not uncommon for wrinkles to crop up that push back a project’s estimated delivery date. Small changes can even be healthy for a project's ultimate success.

Our biggest expectation is that, especially when a project is delayed, the creator is maintaining regular communication through updates or messages. If that's not the case here, we're just as disappointed as you, and we encourage you to find polite ways to appeal to the creator or nudge them to post more information.

If you have questions regarding the status of the project, I encourage you to post a comment, or even reach out to the creator directly. If you’ve already tried that and haven’t received a response through Kickstarter messaging, you might want to consider reaching out through other channels such as social media or the creator’s own website, where available. If after those first steps you still have not heard from the creator, please let us know.

Thanks for being a thoughtful backer and part of the Kickstarter community. I hope you hear more from this creator soon.

Best,
Debbie

Yep, Kickstarter sent me that canned message as well. I expected them to take down their project page because Snapinator uses it to market their website and device. At this point it's a loss but it's insult to injury that they can keep up the page when so many of us have yet to see a single device and they are shipping it to people off their website. Kickstarter's lack of help is also disappointing because they are supposed to support us and washing their hands of the situation means if you support another project you may lose your money (more of it next time) and you'll get no support once you've paid. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I emailed them through Kickstarter. I contacted them by twitter. I emailed them directly. AND still no response.

Sad.

Same here, I even tweeted it to Kicstarter and no response.

Guys, I just got an update from the Snapnator Team. It's not a scam, but it's a very terrible team. They never considered the possibility of rejected shipments because of magnetic components and pretty much all of their shipments are returned to them. The built quality of the Snapnator is OK. However, I received a faulty one and it doesn't charge properly. They offered a replacement. Please message them to receive your item. They have plenty of returned shipments in their warehouse.

Hahaha. Sure, except DOZENS of folks HAVE been sending them message after message with ZERO reply.

I want to believe. Are you ever shipping them out?
Yes, we do. Did you receive your Snapnator? Could you send us your back number privately?

I don't know what happened before, but since I join this team (3 months back), we replied more than 50 emails and messages per day.

You can chat with us through www.snapnator.com (live chat), or mail us service@snapnator.com

You're not replying to any of our messages, on here nor on your Snapinator Kickstarter page. It's been 9 months. At some point an open apology is in order.
We do, at least now I am replying it, we still hope you can find us through service@snapnator, or directly chat with us www.snapnator.com. I don't think it is a good way to reply you guys publicly. What do you think?

On http://www.snapnator.com/ website, they forgot to add as part of the features Safety - Universal - Fast Charging - Reversible - Dust Resistant - Small - Non-Existant - Vaporized Pledges on Kickstarter
Thanks for your joke, but it is not funny. Please send us your back number privately so we can check your shipping status.

Things customer services usually say vs. Snapnator...

"We've been shipping them out as fast as possible however have unfortunately experienced some issues, if you could contact us via our website I'll track down where yours is."

Yes, we do. Did you receive your Snapnator? Could you send us your back number privately?

"Due to demand we have been struggling to reply promptly to all emails, we are sincerely sorry for this and have taken extra staffing measures to ensure we work through the backlog. If you could contact us directly, I'll make sure your message is replied to asap."

"We appreciate your frustration on the matter, if you could contact us directly I'll personally investigate what your issue is."

Thanks for your joke, but it is not funny. How about tell us your back number, let's see if you are a real backer?

See how easy that was, and I don't even work for you or have any interest in your product. But I'd strongly recommend you don't belittle customers frustrations when clearly Snapnator have wronged a lot of people. And don't challenge someone into proving if their a backer or not just because they hurt your feelings, what possible outcome would be beneficial for your brand image?! Maybe use some of that backing money to improve your hiring standards or provide training.

No offence, I asked for back number which be used to confirm the shipping status, nothing about bad feelings, we will try to improve our service skills, thanks for your advises.

If anyone is interested, I got mine the other day. It took about 15 days from order and about 3 emails or so to chase it. I also had to threaten CHARGEBACK and FRAUD transaction on my credit card to get a response (in the UK we can do that). However, I eventually got it. So persevere, you might just be in luck. They also have no idea how to respond to emails. The responses are so vague and unhelpful - they are practically one or two word answers - if you get a reply back at all.

You've got to be kidding me!
You haven't responded to one message on any channel. You're asking me not to shame you publicly? It's the only way to get you to respond to messages. You brought this onto yourselves.

Anyone reading this, please go to Kickstarter and read how many of us complain how nothing has shipped and no one responds from Snapinator:

It's been 9 months and no product.

You ordered yours from their website and got it in 15 days. I ordered mine from Kickstarter 9 months ago with no delivery.

They are scammers

Again, the audacity!

"improve" - How about shipping to the people who backed your product 9 MONTHS ago.

Look at the comments on your Kickstarter... Yeah, let's see you talk your way out of this

I purchased via KS and received mine about 4/5 months ago. It did end up breaking after about 2 months but they sent out a replacement (they responded quickly to my email when it broke, guess because I was polite and didn't act like a dick which based on your posts here you did) and I've been using the replacement fine as it seemed to be better constructed (think the glue on the first simply wasn't ideal for long term use)

Hi, can you tell me if the connector is able to charge a 2011 MacBook Pro with an original Magsafe port?
