Called told the guy that i havent got it he said ok probably lost in transit and then ordered me a full retail version with expected delivery of sept. 9-10

Expected Delivery: September 3rd
Still haven't received it.
I called in yesterday a really nice guy told me that apparently Apple has a policy to wait 3 business days after the expected delivery date. He said I'd have to wait till today and that if it didn't arrive I should give them a call.
I called in today and was then told that no, the policy has been updated and essentially scratched. I now have to wait till the 11th. If it doesn't arrive by then I should give them another call.

I called them today and they weren't sure what to do, the girl talked to her supervisor, and they finally placed an order for a retail version for free.
It's going to deliver between September 14th and 17th... it's still pretty long. But right now my order has been prepared for shipment. Maybe I'll be lucky and get it on Friday?
