NOTHING on this forum is just in one thread. I recall seeing at least 10-15 different threads complaining about battery life and that was just on the first two pages! ;)
 
HAHAHA!!! Are you kidding? At least AT&T pretends to care about their customers. Verizon doesn't even pull any punches... I'm pretty sure somewhere in their customer support scripts it just says outright "inform customer that you don't give a **** about them, then hang up." Worst customer experience I've ever had, ever, with any company of any type. It just doesn't get worse than Verizon Wireless.

One note though -- Verizon FiOS customer support is exceptional. It's like an entirely different company. In fact, in terms of support, it actually is run as a different company.

i used to work for Verizon and you have to pass some serious tests to work in the FSC (fios support center) or something like that. Most people cant get in it unless they have some networking experience. its like that because fios is the top craft with Verizon, I used to install it before moving to the copper end, where there isnt a single manager who cares about the copper voice network, yet when i did fios you were given every consession necessary, they would send 4 extra techs to get an install done.
