Yep, PSP is a great system for "you" right now. I do find it a bit ironic that you deem the PSP as a system for now and that you wouldn't have bought it until now, but yet you picked up PSP launch titles.
System for now because the library is growing with impressive titles.
And who cares what titles I bought and when I bought them or how old they are; what, no one can be a cheap gamer these days?
Now I know why I hardly post here anymore; anytime you say anything that can remotely be connected to negative towards Nintendo, the excuses and mudslinging commences. Whatever
When I look at the 2008 list of games for the
PSP and
DS, the DS's selection has more to look forward to IMO. I personally like RPGs on portables and the DS has twice as many coming out next year according to this list. Not too mention just more games in general.

I grew over the DS, you haven't. Congratulations.
I'm done with Nintendo's games. Have I bought Mario Galaxy? No. Phantom Hourglass? No. Prime 3? No. And I'm not going to rush out and buy any of them anytime soon. IMO for all intents and purposes that's what you get with the DS and the Wii is Nintendo's games. Whether or not what I play is rehashes or sequels, I could care less. I'll repeat again -
I'm done with Nintendo's games. I've played Nintendo's same franchises since '84 and I'd like something a little different from them for a change. No matter what they add to their games or what they change, it's still a Mario game or a Zelda game or a Metroid game.
Trust me - I won't be buying whatever system Nintendo comes up with next. Because I'm sure I can expect more of the same. Keep marching to the beat of that old tired drum, Nintendo...suits you well. Don't abandon milking that cash cow in favor of, oh I don't know...making new franchises.
Pikmin was fabulous. More please. A little less "Mario Party", a little more "Miyamoto having a brain fart" is what I'm looking for. Color me impressed when they do just that. (And I'm not talking about Wii Fit either.)
