See this is why i won't order online. There is so much uncertainty as to when the phones will be delivered. Some people end up waiting for weeks and delivery times can and do slip. Crazy i know but i always queue up over night at my nearest apple store. 12 hours out of my life but its worth it to know i will get my phone on the first day of release.

I had no problems getting my orders placed. I would rather face the uncertainty that wait in a line. But to each his own! Enjoy!

Nope. Mid- to Late-October. I pre-ordereda 6+ today in time to be part of the first batch shipped (ordered before 3:00 PM). My delivery date is 10/28, and the rep thought that would get pushed back to around Halloween. The regular 6 model is scheduled to ship this month, but most reps expect that to get pushed back as well.

Hey, Denville! You're practically my neighbor. Did you mean to type 3AM? Otherwise, you ordered 12 hours late. What is this "first batch" you're referring to? I'd expect that October estimate to be correct for you.

There were many times between 3:00am - 5:00am when i finally placed my order that i saw a bunch of iphone 6+'s available and ready for delivery on the 19th. Sadly i did not see any 128gb 6+'s until my order at around 5:05am. I saw tons of gold, silver and space gray keep popping up for two hours in all GB combinations with the 19th delivery date.

My order says delivery between the 1st and 6th...with shiping between the 23rd and 26th. That is only 3 buisness days later than launch day. I am fine with that. If the phone ships on the 23rd i will have it by the 26th as they ship from PA/NY to New England in years past.

I am not worried...Although I will be pissed if it gets delivered on the 6th, i am leaving for training for a week on the 5th out of state

I'm pretty sure no one ordered the iphone 6 128GB so I should be fine.

Wrong. If you ordered early enough, you'd have it delivered on release day, just like with previous iPhones.

The Verizon reps all said the same thing about delivery dates. Anybody who ordered before 3:00 PM is guaranteed to get their 6 or 6+ on the first day of availability. So either they were wrong or lied, or somebody's arrival date is going to change. I hope my date gets bumped up but I'm not hopeful. More than likely the reps just didn't know what's what.
