Just spoke with a Verizon rep. My iPhone 6 plus is scheduled to ship on or before the 19th. Ordered at around 3:30am EST for those wondering. :apple:

Verizon had some new reps handling the launch. I tried to change my shipping address at 4 am with a rep saying she was new and this was her first big launch. I was told by here that the shipping address could not be changed. I tried again at 9 am and this rep was very knowledgeable. She changed my shipping address with no problem and verified it would be delivered on 9/19 even said it was being carried by FedEx. So i guess its just luck of the draw if you get a good rep or one that is full of s***.

My vzw rep was so slow. Kept putting me on mute. She said the computer wouldn't let her bring up the iphone 6. She kept refreshing. Then she said the computer needs to reboot (can you imagine when i heard that?), which took a long time.

I was fed up and was about to hang up on her and call again... But she kept in saying bear with her AND THAT THERE IS 500 CALLERS IN QUE THAT ARE ON HOLD.

Need 2 vzw reps to partially complete my order.

I think I was on the phone for an hour.

At the end, she gave me a number to call to accept terms and conditions, which didn't work.

I was soo pissed, I had to call back and straighten this whole mess out cuz apparently, my order was NOT COMPLETE!

This ordeal took probably 3 hours and I got about 2 hours sleep before I had to go to work!

I had a 9/19 ship date that turned into 10/7, now I have NO DATE!

Man, reading all this, I will feel fortunate if my three-week timeframe from Sprint actually turns out to be true.

Waited for 1.5 hours after pre-order time (12AM PST) with auto refresh set for every 5 seconds on the apple store page and tmobile page. No success. Went to take a nap at and woke back up an hour later. Got two 6's (64GB) for 19th delivery on Tmo, but the damn 6+'s (64GB) are scheduled for Oct. 1-6th delivery! WTH??!?!?!

Supply and demand... U (literally) snooze, u lose....

I read an article a few days ago that Chinese jets were already arriving in US with the iPhones. Each jet can carry approximately 700,000 iPhone 6 models or around 500,000 6 Plus. The article also stated virtually every one of the Chinese cargo jets have been contracted by APPLE. So if that started last week, there are likely a 3 to 4 million already in US. How many are 6 or 6 Plus, i have no clue.

So I just received a text from AT&T

AT&T Free Msg: Congratulations! Your order has been processed. You will be notified when your order has shipped. <Replies are not monitored>

Could this be a good sign of getting it on time?

what time did you order

The thing I don't get is why the ship date slips suddenly by a matter of weeks in so short a time. I seriously doubt the integrity of anyone in here claiming they are getting their 6 Plus in the 19th. everything I've read appears to indicate that there never were any ready to ship out and nobody's getting it before October. The regular iPhone 6 is another thing altogether and I don't doubt that people will be getting those on the 19th.

Just got the same text. Think my order time was about 12:35am

Either we will or we won't. There is nothing anyone can do but wait. Can't worry over things you can not change. If for some reason my delivery gets pushed back to october, I will live with it. I could cancel, and then reorder later, and get a much later delivery date.

Supply and demand... U (literally) snooze, u lose....

Excuse me, but some of us were right on it at 3:01am EDT and still were unable to order. Even by 4:15am I was still unable to place an order for an iPhone 6 Plus. I could get all the way to the screen where the add to your cart button was..except it was greyed out and non functional. At the same time I noted that I could order a 6 (not Plus) with a ship date of 9/19, and was able to put one in my cart, which I subsequently removed. except that's not the one I wanted. However by about 6 hours later I was able to do so (ordered the 128 gig Plus Space Gray AT&T) but with a ship date of 3-4 weeks. I'm calling anyone who is claiming to be getting a 6 Plus on the 19th a liar, and those 'screen shots' of their supposed orders don't prove anything since such things are easily faked.

You doubt their integrity? They have screen shots of their delivery dates. That and the word of the reps is really all we have to go on. Nobody here is lying. Verizon is just giving some people incorrect information. We aren't sure who that is yet.

I keep reading on websites that NOONE is getting a 6 Plus till after October due to screen issues and parts on backorder.

Screen shots prove nothing. They can be faked.

I'll sum it up very briefly:

If you wanted an iPhone 6 Plus:

Order through Apple was best, it's a short supplied phone therefore Apple seemingly kept all (or damn well most) for themselves. Similar to what happened with Gold 5s phones.

Carriers get what is in high supply (iPhone 6).

Thank you..That is exactly what I have been reading. Nobody's getting them before October because they never actually were ready to ship, unlike the regular iPhone 6, which is.

Believe whatever you want. The email confirmation verizon sent me for my 64gb iPhone plus says delivered by 9/19.

I'm sure the pig sitting next to you on that plane is saying the same thing.:)

I ordered 4 Pluses From Apple.....

And all 4 still say delivery by the 19th. I ordered 2 silver 64gb , and 2 space gray 16gb. All were ordered on the iPhone Apple Store app between 3-4am eastern time. They all said deliver by 19th at order time, and still show deliver by the 19th as of now. I have always found apple to be pretty accurate in their delivery dates. Usually they arrive early and sit at the Ups/Fedex office a couple days until official delivery date.

No skin off my back. No idea what anyone would gain by lying about it. Tons of people that ordered from Verizon got the same email.

I just logged on to sprint just to see what my order status was. Here is what it said:

Your pre-order for the 64GB iPhone 6 Plus is at our warehouse. Orders placed prior to 11:00 am CT on 9/12 will ship in up to 3 weeks from order date. Orders placed after that will ship in 4 to 6 weeks from order date. Keep an eye out for a shipping email with your tracking information. Thank you for your patience. For the latest shipping timelines, visit sprint.com/preorder.

Am hoping this is correct as I ordered mine at 5:30 am.

Hi, don't take it personal, I was just joking with you and pointing out the phrase: "you snooze, you lose..."

And in your case, it was "literally" ... You actually took a nap and the date shifted.

Also, I did get "deliver" 9/19 standard shipping. I don't know if it means it will be shipped on that date or I will receive it on that date.

I checked my card and I was already charged.
