So they aren't shipping iPhone plus at all this month?

Verizon had some new reps handling the launch. I tried to change my shipping address at 4 am with a rep saying she was new and this was her first big launch. I was told by here that the shipping address could not be changed. I tried again at 9 am and this rep was very knowledgeable. She changed my shipping address with no problem and verified it would be delivered on 9/19 even said it was being carried by FedEx. So i guess its just luck of the draw if you get a good rep or one that is full of s***.
They said 3:00 PM today. Sounds a little fugazey to me as PM because that's a LOT of pre-orders!
Haha yeah right. But yeah same here. They took out full amount from my credit card already. In the email I got it says they won't charge me until it ships. I'm kinda pissed.

The Verizon confirmation email is an official document. No where on it does it says delivery date is an estimate. It says Deliver By. Anything a rep says has no meaning vs that document. If Verizon can not deliver by that date, they will have to notify you. That very well could happen. But until you hear otherwise, that is your delivery date.
I placed my order for a space grey 128gb iPhone 6+ on Verizon's web site. I got in a little early and finished a 3:01am eastern time. I received a email conformation and it said it will be delivered by 9/19. But when I check the order status it says will be delivered by 10/14. I called verizon and the lady said that the iPhone 6 + won't ship till October. She then said that the 10/14 was right. I was probably one of the first couple of hundred to order a 6+ And I'm being told 10/14. I sure hope they are wrong but if they are right everyone is gonna have to wait a couple of weeks. Ordered though Apple and received a confirmation email stating a delivery date of 9-19. 6Plus 16GB Space Grey. Just checked my order with Apple and it is still scheduled for 9-19 delivery.
AT&T. There's no way in hell what you say is accurate because like I said I placed the order before 12:07am and the Apple site was down for hours.
That's what I'm saying. I order way before you and I have an even crappier ship date than yours. But why would they tell you and give you the option to order something if they don't have them on hand? That's false advertisement and completely BS.
I'll bet anything these so called 9/19 direct orders aren't going to be fulfilled from people who ordered 6+ hours later.
I used that and I ordered at 1258 AM. Got a confirmation email of the 19th. That link says for mine last night the 19th for delivery and now it says "We received your order and it is in process" Based on past experiences, when it says that, it is being processed, it means the info has now been sent to FED EX. I will likely receive an email next week with the tracking number and my CC will be charged.
I ordered 2 hours and 21 minutes after it went live and I got 9/19 delivery, standard shipping.
I don't know if it means I will get it for sure on release date of 9/19 or it will ship by 9/19.
Carrier customers are Apple customers. But remember that the carriers have allocations of launch day stock and Apple simply has a larger amount. Carriers new this and most of them went with the "we'll tell you it will take longer and then we can ship out what we have and underpromise/overdelivery to those that do, without lying to anyone who doesn't". Apple is the main supplier, and they have the right to proportionately allocate launch stock. They've got all the carriers, and the big box stores, their own stores, and online deliveries. And the carriers have stores, and shipped deliveries. Then there is the "pre-orders are sold out but we have to save some for the walk up after you waited in line folks". And Apple isn't the only one saving stock for launch day sales, carriers do it as well. Think how many Apple stores there are, and then think about every wireless store there is. Far more. And people will be waiting in line at those too.
You want it. You want it first. But you have no idea how to manage production - by a partner, shipping, distribution, and sales through multiple methods of upwards of 10 million plus devices on a single weekend. You can't even fathom the logistics. Instead you are just mad that it isn't working out the way you want it to.

Waited for 1.5 hours after pre-order time (12AM PST) with auto refresh set for every 5 seconds on the apple store page and tmobile page. No success. Went to take a nap at and woke back up an hour later. Got two 6's (64GB) for 19th delivery on Tmo, but the damn 6+'s (64GB) are scheduled for Oct. 1-6th delivery! WTH??!?!?!
