Speck FabShell Burton in shiraz kaleidoscope

I'm thinking of getting this in Low Ride Plaid or Hydrant Big Stripe Fade...have you heard anything about this case yet? I can't find any videos or reviews online...

Came in the mail today.

This looks like a pretty decent/simple bumper and shield. Any one have good or bad reviews on this?

I was planning on going naked, but if there is a simple design to keep the back from scratching when placed on a table, that might be the easiest way.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_5 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8L1 Safari/6533.18.5)

I emailed otterbox. This is what they told me:

The proximity sensor was slightly moved on the iPhone 4s.  The sensor no longer lines up directly with the hole in the iPhone4 Defender Series Case.

Im probably going to order a Juicepack Air Plus. I have a Juicepack Air on my 4 and love it plus 5.0 is more battery hungry. on 4.2 lately I could get from 9am-8pm before having to turn on the juicepack since I upgraded to 5 I have to turn on the juicepack around 5-6.

My only worry is my iphone 4 somehow has a scratch and some wear on the back from the juicepack....hopefully they fixed it in the juicepack air because I dont want my brand new phone to get all scuffed from the case....ugh.

InCase Pro Slider

I just ordered 2 InCase Pro Sliders, one in white with black trim, and one for my wife that is white with raspberry trim. We have always used sliders and like them. This seems to have extra shock protection with the rubber bumper, and a felt lining back that keeps back from scratching. I bought a InCase Hybrid tonight, but am taking it back, dont like it.

Speck Pixelskin HD.

FYI, for now the Pixelskin HD case will have the vibrate switch offset because they did not redesign a Verzion version when it came out. I contacted Speck and they said they just shipped updated versions to retail Apple Stores for the 4s launch and expect to update their website inventory in 3-4 weeks time.

My white 32gb 4s will never see the inside of a case or a screen protector. Naked. I'm even going to throw away the box it comes in!

I'm thinking about buying the Speck CandyShell case, not sure though. It looks pretty nice. Anyone have that case and can recommend it?

I used this for my 3GS too. Loved it, but wished it held up better. They crack and break at the bottom. If you buy from Speck directly, they will replace it. However, you can also buy them for half the price on amazon.com. Not sure if the 4 series has the same lack of durability.

I read a lot of positive reviews on otter box cases. The defender series is some heavy duty protection. I went for their commuter series - looks very similar to Speck Candyshell. Can't wait for it to arrive.

I'm thinking of using an OtterBox Commuter for a case, and Invisisheild on the front glass.

I got an INCASE Pro Slider today! (in white) leaving it in the box till the 4s, I don't want to spoil myself and put it on my iPhone 4. haha

Is Verizon the only one that has the buttons offset?
I'm looking for a case for the Sprint Iphone. Most are universal but kinda curious.

I had the Otterbox defender and commuter for my iPhone 4. I really liked both but the rubber sticks to my pocket really bad. I cannot decide what case I'm going to get for the 4s. I like how "slick" the candy shell cases are but I may miss the protection of the defender. Any ideas?

I ordered the iPhone suede jacked from Waterfield/SFbags.com. It looked to be the thinnest thing I could possibly get for the phone.

I used to get fullbody Zaggs (or similar), just Zagg on the screen, hardcases, softcases, etc. Then realized I have only ever dropped my phone when I am stumbling drunk (twice in 3yrs...drops not drunks haha), and I also worked building sets in a full shop for 4yrs...so I figure the glass seems to easily be replaced and I have already wasted way too much money on cases that were a just in case type of deal. Gonna see how it goes with just a thin pouch to keep the sand out (main contributor to scratches).

Ordered a Griffin Flexgrip Punch. Perfect case to add a little traction to the back of the phone and something that won't peel a screen protector.

I was tied between a few - Otterbox Reflex, few Switcheasy cases and the Speck Candyshell.

I actually ended up ordering an Otterbox defender because it doesn't seem as big as I originally thought... I'm using an LG Voyager with a (very) thick case on it now and measuring it out it'll actually be smaller.

Why? Part of my job entails working in a warehouse moving freight and large boxes. I've bumped / slammed the pocket my phone is in more times than I could count.

I think its a toss up for me between going naked, SGP Neo Hybrid EX, or Speck Candy Shell.
