I have on my S4, and it runs pretty well.
Noticed that all force touch context menus are removed, replaced with either normal settings or long press, like how they did it to iOS.
Makes me think new S6 hardware will not have a force touch display.

Yep, that's probably the case for the S6.

Ok so you can manually turn it on from control center on your phone. It’s supposed to enable automatically but it didn’t.
It’s a bit half baked at the moment I think? Most sleep apps track sleep automatically without the need to enable it. I hope this does the same.

I installed the profile and downloaded the update to my iPhone running iOS 14. However, it won't install on my series 3. Claims it needs 3.1 gigs free to install and my watch has only 2.5 available. Ask to delete apps or content. Oddly, I have NOTHING installed other than what is installed out of the box, no apps, no music. Hmmm, maybe delete some of the stock apps to free up space? Anyone else ran into this?

Has anyone managed to get the Hand Washing timer to work? I have it activated but it doesn't seem to want to work

Turn it on in settings and make sure it can hear running water. Mines doesn’t work when simulating hand washing but when I run a Tap it works 👌🏽

Anyone running this on a Series 3? I have a feeling that generation of Apple Watch got a really watered-down version of watchOS 7.
