Hopefully getting/ordering mine tomorrow.
15" here I come!
I almost want to go to bed early just so tomorrow comes faster. It's like Christmas when I was 6! Only now I'm 26...

I want to see what the specs are of the 13" inch when they announce it tomorrow.

If it's affordable, I might consider selling my ipad to pay some of it off. Since i'm dying to get a laptop to go along with my 27" i7 imac.

I am planning on buying for sure if I can get a quad core 15"... I will settle for the 17" if it is the only way I can get a quad. If there is no quad core I may wait it out a little longer. (The applications I use on a day to day basis run much better with multiple cores.) I am adverse to spending 2 to 3k for a non quad core computer. And no I don't want a linux, microsoft, or hackintosh laptop.

This is how I felt. My gut told me no quad this time around. So I bought an iMac i7 and sold my 2010 MacBook Pro. Oh what a feeling. 8 virtual cores of fury.

I'm still looking for a Mac that will beat my #1 PC

Currently, that PC is the Alienware M11X and the only Mac that compares is the 13" MacBook Air. I'm REALLY hoping that the 13" upgraded has something better than HD 3000. If the MacBook Pro (Emphasis on PRO) has worse graphics than the Air, I have to give a gigantic facepalm to Apple. :(

if the upgraded 13" pro has higher res screen, SSD for OS and sub $1450 price point, this will be my first mac ever. Otherwise i'll wait for benchmarks and wait and see i guess.

Will this spec refresh come with a lighter macbook line?
I hope the 13 inch MBP gets a little lighter...

Dude, most professionals don't need a powerful graphics card.

I know there are quite a lot of you guys on here who like moderately powerful graphics in your 13'' laptops, but the MBP has NEVER had that as a main focus.

I'm planning to order either a 13 or 15 depending on the final price and specs. Just sold my iMac this week. Pretty stoked :)

I'm stoked for the new computer. Newegg also currently has 8 GB of 1333 G Skill RAM for $55. I just ordered a set in preparation. :)

Meh I really don't want to wait for the summer and the back to school promo. If anything, I'll get the iPod touch from a friend that will be using my new .edu.

Obviously, I am not going to go with the low end 13". I will wait and see what the higher end has to offer but I am not holding my breath. I will probably go with a 15". Hopefully we will get a surprise or two tomorrow.

I'll be buying something - whether it's the 13" or 15" is TBD. Should know more in the next 12 hours.

Will Best Buy have them in stock tomorrow? Im going to trade in my white macbook since i dont want to deal with Craig's List

Getting mine either Friday, or Saturday. Most likely Friday. Getting the 15' 2.2 GHz. Giving my old one to my mom. Going to miss it :(
