I have been trying to warn people about the dangers of bread for years, but my research keeps getting blocked by the powerful bread lobby!

That made me really hungry. No doubt it's probably not good for your arteries but what is at KFC? I still want to try one. :)

Hey guys...look at the nutrition info. It's actually not that unhealthy. It may seem gross but it's actually mostly okay for you. The only negative is very high sodium. The fat and calories are tolerable. And in terms of the ingredients...chicken, cheese and bacon. That's not an uncommon combination of food anywhere around the world.

Seriously.. KFC? :(

I'm not a fan of PETA by any stretch, but they do bring some realities to light.

If you eat any chicken at all you should be aware that its likely to come from a similar chicken farm with similar practices. Theres no money to be made in traditional farm raised chickens anymore. Im about as far from a vegetarian as you get, but I don't want to eat meat that grew up in its own ****.

You should try buying meat from a farm instead of a grocery store.

I think I'll double time it at the gym tomorrow so I can feel less guilty about trying this. I think I'll eat first that way when I'm at the gym I'll feel compelled to burn those 540 calories. That fat and salt in this thing... I bet it tastes good.

Oh how I hate the Colonel, with his wee beady eyes.

Oh, you'll eat my chicken! :D

To what Disc Golfer said... I am most resistant to eating chicken, because I think the animal practices involved in chicken farming are the most egregious, but I would say that I've seen some chicken meat occasionally at farmers' markets, from places that have reasonably appropriate free-range practices.

I do eat eggs, and eggs that are from free-range chickens with at least better, if not appropriate, farming practices, are pretty readily available at farmers' markets, too, and in that case, pleasantly, there are also more and more free-range eggs at grocery stores, about which I'm really pleased.

Compared to many of the bigger sandwiches at Hardee's or Wendy's "Triple Baconator" or "Monster Burger" this has relatively fewer calories.

Gaaah, I read somewhere that this isn't being introduced in the UK. Why does KFC save all the good stuff for the US only?

Because us FAT Americans are the only ones who eat that garbage nearly everyday of our lives.

I really don't think the average person cares too much about how those chickens are raised. I know I have seen pictures of these kinds of farms and it hasn't stopped me from eating chicken again. I LOVE chicken. :)

Yuck.

I hope someone just tried to make there own. Otherwise I might not be so keen on trying it anymore... cause that doesn't look good.
