Yes, I understand that, did you read the article? 4-6 week delivery and June delivery orders are preparing for shipment. They need to fill the 4/24-5/8 orders before the LATER orders.

Well, it actually depends on the model. If you ordered model X and have a shipping estimate of 4/24-5/8 and someone with an order for model Y with a shipping estimate of 4-6 weeks gets their order fulfilled first, it means nothing other than there is possibly a greater supply of model Y.

We would all like it on our wrist by Friday, but as stated above, if it ships by 5/8, it is on time.

Here's what I've noticed...

http://ordertracker.me/

Shows no one so far that has ordered the SG model has gotten passed processing.

I'm not going to sign up for that silly site, but I ordered a SG Sport 42mm and it's preparing for shipment. But it did take a lot longer to prepare than my wife's White Sport 38mm. My confirmation email was :03

But where are you located? That's the real question? My friend and I are trying to figure out if it is a California thing / a FEDEX, UPS thing, etc... what time did you order?

Let me give you some hope. I ordered a 42mm SG black sport band and I have been charged and it is preparing for shipment

Hrmmmm...

So I've been looking at this since my order completed at 12:20 AM the 10th (including a check just now):

I check my bank site yesterday afternoon and see that I have a pending charge for...the AppleCare on the Watch.

We are all not seeing much on movement if we ordered early.

I have a confirmation of 12:01 and mine still states "Preparing for Shipment Delivers: 4/24-5/8 by Standard Shipping."

If anything changes, I will let you know. Nothing is worse than the waiting game. We are eager, and salivating at any crumb of information. We shouldn't be threatening Apple with a loss of business, we all know that is not true and never going to happen.

Anxiously waiting for mine to go to Preparing. Still processing. 42mm SpaceGray Sport.

Took me 6minutes to get in and place my order on order day, was at 4-6 weeks when I got the order confirmation :(

So anxious.

"Preparing for shipment" means it has already "moved", so yours is already on the way. Everyone here is talking about orders with "Processing Items" status, which means that nothing has happened on them yet.

I'm in the same exact position, except I got my confirmation at 3:03am. We chose the most popular model and live a packed city. It will be a miracle if that thing shows up Friday. :(

I was up at 3am and ordered one for both myself and my wife with a 4/24-5/8 ship date. The kicker is my wife really doesn't care when she gets her's, so of course hers was charged and preparing for shipment.

Mine is still processing... and 4/24 is my birthday too!

Not exactly what I mean.

It says June. I can't speak for the Processing still, but the individuals calling for Apple's head are what grinds my gears.

This would be TOTALLY wrong if people with June ship dates get theirs before those of us who were up in the wee hours of the morning to preorder.
What happens if some people are ordering a different model to you which is in stock but yours isn't?, or if they are in a different country to you and their watch is coming out of their countries allocated percentage?
There is different variabilities other than 'I was up late at night to make my order' to determine who gets their Apple watch first.

for those of us with 4/24 - 5/8 shipping dates still stuck in "processing", let me explain our frustration.

Imagine you were waiting in a physical line (for anything) and you were towards the front. Now imagine person in charge went to the back of the line and started letting those in before you. That is how we feel.

I am willing to understand how this comes across as entitled if you can understand how this could be frustrating to us.

this^^^^^^

I would believe the processing status more than the delivery estimate.
