This has been happening to my MacBook Air for the longest time. Sometimes when I open it, it is a fresh startup, as if it had shutdown completely all by itself. Seemingly randomly, and never consistently.

Nothing like that on my iPhone yet though.

This happened to my phone 14Pro Max (17.0.3) last night for the first time.

I’ve experienced several frustrating bugs in iOS 17 and watchOS 10.

The Always On Display feature frequently turns off, excluding the scenarios Apple has indicated it should turn off. (This has been a bug since 16.3.)

Sleep Focus spontaneously turns itself off.

Apple Watch inexplicably fails to track sleep some nights despite a correct fit. (This has always been the case, but I’ve experienced it more with watchOS 10.)

Haven't had this yet but I've had quite a few occasions where my 15 Pro just randomly stops recording video for no reason even though I have well over 400GB of space available.
That's due to the overheating issue. When it overheats, it stops recording.

My Apple Cinema Display is mysteriously waking up when it should sleep. But the screen itself isn't on. Rather, I hear my Mac mini do something while it's sleeping, and then my Studio Displays' fans would turn on.

This thing has a chip btw, the same as in iPhones. And it's doing something. Apple's devices are very mysterious.

It’s rebooted twice this week on me. 17.1 b2/3 and 14 PM. It’s rebooted a few times over last couple of years and iPhone models. For me, this isn’t anything new.

Happened to me last night on my iPhone 14. I had to enter my password this morning and only when I did the phone reconnected to WiFi.

My wife has seen htis on her iPhone 12 mini for the past year. Missing many alarms as a result. They replaced the unit and she has seen it on the new unit as well across at minimum iOS 16,17.

Not to worry everyone, for Apple Support has provided an update! This is not an issue, because if it was, Apple Support would know about it before it ever affected a single customer because Apple Support talks to millions of customers a minute. So, to address this known issue, you’ll need to restart your phone. If the issue persists, you’ll need to erase and reinstall using iTunes. If the issue still persists, you’ll need to do an RTA to Engineering, who will get back to you in 48 hr to tell you they are aware of the issue, keep your device up to date, and no further troubleshooting will be provided.

Oh, and thank you for being an Apple customer and we hope you enjoy the ALL NEW iPhone 15, the most powerful, most advanced iPhone Apple has ever released!

This worked for me!!

iOS 13.x, 14.x 15.x, 16.x, 17.x absolute and total disasters.
Pathetic really.
I always avoid the .x versions, those are really bad.

iPhone 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 absolute and total disasters.
Pathetic when compared to the competitors.
IPhone 9 in particular was dead in the water. It really didn't sell at all, I think.
