After clicking Agree a few times and getting the error, I just went back to the apps list and they updated. So, even though I got the error it also started to work anyways.

I’m still having that problem when upgrading from iOS 14 to iOS 15 last month, every so often an app fails to update so you have to unload the app, reload the app, and then apply the update. :p

I couldn't update apps on my iPhone until I downloaded iOS 15.7. Everything fine now. My iPad seemed unaffected. I'm still holding off on iOS 16 for a week or so.

I’m good, I did not download any updates and I’m on last version of iOS 15. My apps update just fine and I downloaded another app today.

It’s always best not to update your iPhone until some fixes have come out on the new iOS. 16.2 is your best bet to start iOS 16 without too many issues.

The problem still exists with iOS 15.7, The only solution that works is to offload the app in settings, and then reload it, and then apply the update.

amazing how half assed apple updates are becoming. Don’t they test this stuff at all?

Had the same issue and did this: instead of clicking <<AGREE>> I chose <<send by email>>....than I closed settings and restarted phone. Than after awhile I went in and all apps could be updated....
