Mine is showing shipped but I wish I could have them send it a few days later. You're like what, but I will be out of town until 3 days after delivery so I could have waited a few extra days. Ha. Guess it will be here when I get back.

If I was you I'd get the silver. I have an iPad Pro in Space Gray (2018) and I find that that the body picks up fingerprints and smudges quite fast. On my girlfriend' silver iPad Pro it's not as noticeable in comparison. Plus the silver is more in line with my iMac :D

I've gone with Silver for exactly this reason. Went to the local Currys store here in the UK to try the 12.9 as was moving from the 10.5, and the SG was a fingerprint magnet.

My 12.9 256gb silver + 5G also shipped. I previously owned a 2018 space gray and a 2020 silver iPad. To me silver is definitely the way to go as it has more of that pristine Apple look and doesn’t show any smudges on the back.

Does anybody know how Best Buy ships new Apple products like this one?

Best Buy says new orders should ship on May 24th but Apple says July 8th - July 21st?

How the heck can Best Buy ship almost two months before Apple for new orders at this point?

My 12.9 1TB Spacy Gray WiFi model has shipped with an estimated arrival date of May 21st.

Magic Keyboard and Apple TV 4K ordered along with it still show a status of "Order in Progress"

Best buy shipped my airpods max about 3-4 weeks after they came out and they claimed release day

I have had my Magic Keyboard for a year and it has aged very well. I take care of my stuff but not obsessively and it has been transported back and forth from my home office to student study center on campus of my med school many many times. It’s a great product!

It’s going to feel like an 8 day week LOL. My WiFi 256GB model is also on its way. Time refresh UPS’ tracking page every 3 minutes LOL.

Multiple readers of MacRumors have shared with us their updated order for their brand new iPads which now shows a "Shipped" status, rather than "Preparing to ship." Interestingly, despite the new iPad Pros now shipping for a few customers, reviews and hands-on of the newest M1-powered device have yet to be published.

The new iPad has proven to be popular, with some shipping estimates slipping into mid-July. The higher-end 12.9-inch model features an all-new mini-LED display compared to the traditional OLED used in the smaller 11-inch variant. Both sizes boast the Apple silicon M1 chip, first launched in November in the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini.

Apple has said the new M1 iPad Pro and 24-inch iMac will be available in the second half of May but have yet to confirm a specific date officially. Despite their lack of an official announcement, typically made through a Newsroom update, the company accidentally confirmed May 21 as a launch date in the metadata of a previous Newsroom post. In addition, orders for the new iPad estimated arrival dates as early as Friday, May 21.

I have it on good authority that the Space Gray iPad Pros are roughly 5% faster with a higher degree of owner satisfaction. My 12.9” 1TB Space Gray IPP shipped with a 5/21 delivery date! Yay

I used to get Space Gray because that’s how you got the black bezel. Now that they’re all black bezels, I could switch back, but I’m all in on Space Gray now LOL
