Hey everyone,

A few months ago I built Sonexis, and I wanted to share it here.

Sonexis is a system-wide audio processing app for macOS that lets you shape your system audio with custom effect chains, all through a visual node editor. No complicated setup or audio engineering bs here. You can combine effects however you want, whether that's in series, in parallel, or even by creating separate processing chains for your left and right audio channels.

One of my favorite things to do is create parallel chains with different pitch shifts to build harmonies while listening to music. That's just one example though. The goal of Sonexis is to give you the freedom to experiment and get creative, so do it goddamnit!

Here are a few gifs showing me making those "effect-chains" in different modes.

Any and all feedback would be appreciated, and also Sonexis is completely open-source so feel free to check the GitHub linked below! If you'd like to contact me about anything (literally anything), feel free to reach out to my email: skandavyas20@gmail.com
