I personally have seen 2 bent 6 plus's.

More anecdotal comments.

Anecdotal comments are meaningless on the internet.

I have personally seen the 31 6 plus's not bent.

Where does that leave us?

Wake us when you can show they bent in someone's pocket.

It's a way bigger problem than first thought.
No. The way bigger problem is taking things at face value.

By the way, the Brooklyn Bridge is for sale. Interested?

I Was actually just talking about the bent ones that I have seen at my office building. Now if you want to count them all then I have personally seen dozens of bent plus's. Every time I go to the Apple Store there are at least one or two bent ones on display because the first thing that people do when they pick it up is tweak it. Heck last week I picked up one and couldn't resist after all of the commotion and you know what? It takes about 5 seconds to bend one. With all of the commotion in my Apple Store you can hear the kids bending them. I have also seen bent display models at my local best buy. Go to any store with display models and you will find bent ones. It's a fact, bending one is easy. That's enough to keep me from ever buying one. No one should have to worry about a 800 dollar phone bending in their pocket. Period.

Oh wow haven't seen this one. That's pretty awful. Could you tell if yours was bent or if it's just the screen messed up?

It felt flat and looked flat, didn't wobble or anything on a flat surface. I thought I could see a very minuscule bend at the volume button, but not sure if that was in my head.

Sooo, my iPhone 6 (not Plus) is bent....

I just had mine replaced. Mine did this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFygYPChNj8

And I treated it like a raw egg, carrying it in my front pocket.

That's right and people are just starting to notice and return them. Even a 100 dollar phone should not be as frail as the 6 plus. It's just a poor design and like the 5c it will be a one year wonder. It's too thin and too big so it bends. It's not rocket science here.

Nice cheap shot. For the record, I'm 50 and my assets place me in the top 5% in the U.S. Probably not a great idea to go around making rash assumptions about people.

All do respect, but you have essentially called people liars in this thread without using the word. What do your assets have the do with an apple forum on a bent iphone?

Rash assumptions....yeah.

OP. Return it. I too saw a bent 6 being returned at the Apple Store yesterday.

More irrelevant anecdotal comments.

The forcibly bending is not the issue. It never was. Bending in pocket is the issue. When you can show proof of that then you have "something in your pocket".
That's enough to keep me from ever buying one. .
That's ok. Apple won't miss you.

I know they won't because I returned my plus and bought a 64gb iPhone 6. I can even put this one in my pocket without bending it.........

Apparently all 9 people with bent iPhones (according to Apple) must be MacRumors members. What are the odds!?!?!

It's easy to see, the tweak right at the lower volume rocker. That's the spot where they all bend. People defending it are plus owners past there return dates. That's actually easier to see than the bend

Guess what, Im a 6+ owner past my return date lol. That shiz is bent and looks awful. Still dont see why people would defend that.

Where's the bend???????????

Why are you implying that you bent that phone??????????

You need glasses!

There's no bend.

Seems like this thread was taken over by a bunch of trolls overnight

We all know what you are.

And that's definitely not an iPhone owner!

^ is this guy here for real??

5 seconds to bend an iPhone....wow! I would take less than that to bend your nose if I saw you bending an iPhone in an Apple Store....why don't you go complain that your nose has a design flaw...???

What does Apple Stores having bent iPhones prove that the iPhone bends in people's pockets??

The only proof it gives is that there's a lot of morons out there and that Apple should take severe action against these people.

Idiots idiots everywhere........!!

Those who are incapable of seeing the bend at the lower volume button, see the pic posted few pages back with a green line.

The phone is bent. But the bend angle is less than 0.5 degrees which is making it harder for our dear friendly Apple apologists to see.

My friend's phone is bent the same way. I asked him to show me his phone to explain him where the weak spot lies. But as soon as I held his 6+ iPhone, I immediately noticed that his was bent too. At first he refused to accept. But then we kept it on a flat glass (screen side up) and his phone see-saw'ed in front of us.

He now hates me. :D

Not bent in anyway.

You must have OCD....

OP either got a defective unit with a ding on the edge of the aluminium or dropped it and trying to make a bend in pocket claim.

Simple as!

Clueless fanboy, didn't even read what I posted. First, the screen isn't glued on in the iphone 6. The video shows that if you stretch it backward it disappears. It is because the frame is slightly bent, almost unseeable, the other way than the normal bend videos shows (because I have the screen against the leg). The frame pushes the screen up allowing the clicking.

I see the bend although it's barely noticeable. Look right in-between the volume buttons.
