A yellow 14 PM would look cool with a black case.

To bees.
Actually, it would have a cool 80's Walkman Sport kinda vibe to it.

I agree with you 100%.Unfortunately the term is still prevalent in society today.
Regardless, today brands need to be aware and sensitive to culturally appropriate marketing.
I hope and don't think it was done on purpose.
But just as you probably wouldn't have an indigenous person holding a red iPhone, they might have been better to not use an asian person holding a yellow phone. It would eliminate any accusations of being racist.
That Dark Burgundy is terrible. I try to get everything in Product Red since Red is my favorite color anyway.Yes I love PR. I don't think I'd like that Dark Burgundy color.
The great majority of people upgrade when they need something new because their old device starts to be too old, not year after year, companies don't make annual upgrades to make people upgrade yearly they do them to stay competitive, personally, for example, "recently" I upgraded from 6s to X and then from X to 13 and they always have been great upgrades with many new features and big improvements to existing features like camera and screen quality and so on.THIS is what will get me to upgrade from my 12 Pro. /s
I was leaning more toward this type of yellow. But I think you nailed it.
No, because cultural conventions and Apple’s unmistakably aggressive product segmentation strategy dictates that saturated, plasticy bright colors signal “midrange” “kids/teens/young adults”, while desaturated, darker metallic colors signal “premium”, “professional”, etc.Pros always get boring dingy colorsCould we have bright colors ever?
I don't understand! Why is any color change a big news item?
If Apple doesn’t go with Laa-Laa Yellow then someone at marketing needs to be fired. 😆
I miss when they were all just black….
Yellow is a lively energetic colour. It looks great on sports cars.
My god! This will be a huge downgrade when it comes to the Camera spec’s. Unless you go with the iPhone Plus model. My fingers are crossed that we’re also going to see the new iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max color. Maybe it’s going to be color red how it was reported a few weeks ago. This might be the excuse I need to switch from my 14 Pro Max to a regular iPhone 14… I will hold off till I see pictures 🤤❤️
I just draw the line at the baby face sun overlaying the Apple Logo on it.If Apple doesn’t go with Laa-Laa Yellow then someone at marketing needs to be fired. 😆
I would only lose the 2x zoom lens and everything else would be the same unless I’m missing something. Maybe it would come in the smaller size Pro. I just want to downsize and see how it goes.My god! Almost all my clothes are yellow (some black), yes, I know. I can confirm that this is a niche activity. If you like yellow that much, more power to you, but how does yellow possibly go with most outfits? Do people really wear yellow on a daily or even weekly basis?
that would be perfect
So should Apple not display a black person near a Space Grey/Midnight Mac?Unfortunately the term is still prevalent in society today.

Saying it’s a joke now, doesn’t mean they weren’t serious then.Seems to me like that user was making a joke in calling it racist, but I guess they can confirm/deny that.
I'm calling it now...2024 will be the year of the Dalmatian mid-cycle color.![]()
