I think they need an iPhone with RGB support that way you could customize the color of it. You too can have an overly distracting phone that’s constantly changing colors or picking a terribly awkward static color like Pink Sauce (tm) Pink
Blacks I used to know actually said they preferred it and were annoyed when people called them colored like they were rainbow colored. In western culture, identifying a person as black is an accepted term.
However, identifying an asian person as yellow or indigenous person as red, is not.
Yes. I have actually done this and I’m a guy. Though not often.Lol. Do people really even attempt to match their phone to their outfit? Some people just buy a phone in a color, because they like that color. I've literally never in my life thought: "that phone color totally clashes with those shoes". Who does that?!
Do you think a photo of a yellow phone is the same thing as calling an Asian person “yellow”?In western culture, identifying a person as black is an accepted term.

If you know, you know.Wait! How is it racist? 😒 It’s a yellow iPhone being shown. Do you want someone wearing a pink outfit showing a yellow iPhone? What am I missing? 🤨

Pro buyers are forbidden to have products with colors unless is is a shade of gray. (apparently according to Apple product managers)So only the 14, no 14 Pro?
Personally I don’t equate the two, but I could see some who might. Racism against Asians around the world during COViD has made things even more sensitive.Do you think a photo of a yellow phone is the same thing as calling an Asian person “yellow”?
Saying that a photo of a yellow phone isn’t racist is not an example being anti-PC. No one claimed that the yellow 24” iMac was racist. This is just an example of someone being upset for the sake of being upset.Personally I don’t equate the two, but I could see some who might. We’re in a climate where any perception of racism can cause a ruckus.
Yeah, you could say f*ck political correctness. But with Apple’s still large investment in China, maybe you avoid controversy with one of your largest market.

No one was posing with the yellow iPhone and someone called it racist. Was there an Asian person posing with that yellow iMac?
Is it through? Yellow is the colour of the Chinese emperors. If anything it is political or just a very good picture with absolutely no hidden agenda. That picture is kinda racist.
