Feels like I'm so close. Nice to see all these 38's moving quickly, just wish 42's would hurry up. Expecting to see something today or tomorrow hopefully. I think seeing all these others coming in has made some of us forget that we are still technically in the first shipping window, and most of us are getting ours way earlier than estimated.

same exact model and time as you. in WA.

I was a :06 order- I didn't ascertain the exact time of the order since I have a life and would be embarrassed to bother Apple for the time, but the watch has shipped and will deliver tomorrow. It's a 42mm version.

No need to track planes or anxiously listen for the UPS drone to drop it from the sky- it will be here in due course.

Can someone please explain these xxxx,s??? It's all so confusing. Also if Apple, after almost three weeks now is still in the first couple mins after release day, how the heck will I get my watch that was ordered almost two weeks after release in June? This makes no sense.

Justamar, quick question on assignment of tracking numbers as I have seen conflicting information. Have others received their tracking numbers when the plane lands in Anchorage or Louisville? If the former is the case all customers waiting on their watches would have received the tracking information then and their further destination in the US is inconsequential. Perhaps I am wrong.

Thanks for The reply. Can you tell me what hour and minute Apple is currently on?

The first xx (for hours) was because of different time zones. 03 in EDT, 02 in Central, 01 Mountain and 00 Pacific. Got everyone speaking the same "language" without qualifying which time zone you were in.

I have not been able to determine for certain when that happened exactly. I ordered a blue at 10:30 PM Eastern on 4/23 and got the shipping notice and tracking number on the afternoon of the 24th. But the time did not line up with flights arriving at either Anchorage or Louisville.

It varies by model and even a little by location.

38mm is up to almost at or might even be at xx:20:00 mark from posts I've seen today.

42mm is somewhere around xx:06:45.

My watch was shipped today from Harrisburg, PA. How did that work out, did my watch already go through Louisville or was there some separate shipment? Are there separate flights for UPS Next Day Air? All these planes just full of apple watches or are there other items along with them.

Apple has been shipping for almost three weeks now, and it's only at 20 minutes. How will I get my watch that was ordered weeks after by june?

I did not see your shipping notice so unsure about shipment origin but almost certainly went through Louisville first.

UPS planes would have anything UPS ships on them. Not just watches. And of all the flights out of China to Anchorage on a given day only one comes from Shenzhen (sp?) which seems to be where the factory is near.

Ive seen and heard of both.
I was doing tracking last night in the thread with some people and we noticed that within 30 min of the UPS plane landing in Ontario/LV people were getting tracking numbers from UPS. However I've also seen people get it when then land in Anchorage. Ultimately its going to depend on when UPS scans the package. When they leave the manufacturing they should have a label printed on them, and then its UPS's job to route it correctly.

I assume that the rate at which the orders have been constant. Rather a bunch of people ordering at the beginning, then its slowing down into a stream.

The first 30 minutes or so would've had to have been a major traffic jam of orders. Things will hopefully smooth out when they get past that point. Or at least I hope so.

It's looking like between this thread and others that people are reporting movement up to the xx:06:52 timeframe. Sure getting close to that 7min mark!

38mm SGS is at xx:33 at least because that's where I was - and it's being delivered tomorrow. Once the 38mm's got into the teens, it really sped up.

I have the feeling that I won't see mine until the 27th. Seeing so many people get there's early got me so excited... But because we are only in the 6's I am losing hope #

I think the fact that many of us who ordered 4/10 in dawn hours have June shipping dates - 2 @#!!#@ months after the initial preorder - likely contradicts that.

Of course, we keep hearing that things are moving faster, and that shipping times are conservative (I call BS, Apple) - but I think we're just fooling ourselves. For many of us, this is a dirty 2 month slog to the finish line, end of story. Particularly for the suckers among us (myself included) who ordered a 42mm SG Sport - the Watch of Doom.

What BS? Many people with shipping dates starting May 13th have already gotten their watches - so things are certainly faster than the dates they were given and we are still 8 days from the START of their estimated dates and a whopping 22 before the May 27th end of the range.

Sure, lots of people hoped to get one the first day. Didn't happen. People can say Apple should have waited longer so they had more stock - but that would, of course, not have changed a single thing as to when they actually got the watch except that the first deliveries would be later.

So, like I've said before, just make believe the official start of deliveries was later - let's say May 8th - so a whole bunch of watches were ready to go. And then Apple started delivering them two weeks early! People would be really excited about the surprise at getting their watches ahead of time!

Yet the actual arrival of the watches for any individual would be the same as now. It's all perception.

Though I really would like mine NOW (xx:08:36 official time).

I'm hoping I get mine soon! I ordered at 11:45 PM on April 10th. I have an estimated shipping date between May 21 - June 4.

I'm one of those who ordered in the pre-dawn hours of 4/10 (Eastern time). I saw an estimate of "June" improve to 4-6 weeks (on April 27) and it's now showing May 29-June 11th though it hasn't improved any more from there. And yes I ordered the SG 42mm sport watch. I don't care that it's the most popular and I kinda sorta don't mind waiting in order to get exactly what I want. Even if I won that developer lottery for one with a blue band I think I would have passed and waited for the one I want.

It's a little troubling that so many in this thread are still discussing orders in the few minutes after midnight pacific time and haven't got their watches yet. Perhaps there was a "lull" after the initial ordering so I'm not really in line behind 2+ hours of constant ordering, more like 30 minutes of frenzied ordering then a lull and I'm one of the first sleepyheads who got up and ordered the morning of 4/10. Just a theory. I think I've sort of figured out this notation so my order time was 2.5 hours after it started (xx+2:35:18).

Woohoo!

So I ordered my 38 mm sg sport on the 29 and the whole time it said June.

I just checked and now it says. Available to ship 3-5 weeks. Delivers June 1-June 12. This is good movement. Maybe I will get it before June if I get lucky. I will keep you guys informed.

Same boat as you but estimate delivery date is now May 28-June 10. I hope to get it earlier than May 28!!!

OMG- That is a bad link. Use http://flightaware.com/live/fleet/UPS This will show all UPS flights. The iPhone link for flight aware is old, and is no longer accurate based on new algorithms and flight schedules, and patterns.

People still using the iPhone flight aware link is driving me crazy up the wall  It's not accurate!!
