I emailed Spigen yesterday through ebay and was met with an auto response through email. The response stated, "spigen_inc is out of the office until 09/19/2014 and may not be able to respond to your message.

Message from spigen_inc:

Hopefully this answers some peoples questions.
 
Ordered a Neo Hybrid for my 6+ on Sunday and it still hasn't shipped. Things aren't looking too promising for having it in my hands on Friday. May have to cancel the order and try to find something in person.

I also emailed their customer service yesterday and I'm still waiting on a reply.

Good news, the case actually shipped out today. I paid for expedited shipping too, so I'm hoping for Friday delivery.
 
Just got my iP6+ case. When I ordered, it says in stock on 12th. Shipped on 16th and arrived today.

I have Prime on Amazon. When I look at the options for Spigen cases, there are two options for the many Spigen cases listed.

One shows as Prime and comes with 2 day shipping. It states is it sold by Spigen and shipped by Amazon. I assume that Spigen has supplied them with a number, a large number, of cases and Amazon is the shipper.

The other cases state they are shipped from and sold by Spigen. If I had to guess, those cases are not shipping in two days.

The prices seem to be the same. Since I have Prime can't say what the shipping is on those fulfilled through Amazon, but not Prime shipped.

If you have Prime and want a Spigen case, then choose a case from those FULFILLED by Amazon.

I wish my Spigen Thin Armour case for the 6 had that built in kickstand. Instead one uses a credit card type insert to hold it up. Not as convenient.
 
I ordered two cases on Amazon fulfilled by Spigen in the 12th. Delivery estimate is the 18th-23rd. They are both currently in my city and just sent the information to my local post office at 4:26pm. It says the estimated delivery is the 20th and my phones will be here on the 19th. Not too happy about that. I'm hoping that it will make it through by Friday at the latest.

I ordered an iPhone 6+ case on Tuesday from Spigen and it has not shipped yet. Has anyone else ordered an iPhone 6/6+ case recently and had it ship? Last year I ordered one at the same time and it didn't ship for a month.

Could it be the possibility that the item you ordered could be backordered? Because I ordered the Neo Hybrid Metal Series for my 6+ and the Blue color apparently doesn't any in stock until the 17th of October. But of course my iPhone 6+ is expected to arrive around that week.
 
My Spigen packages have finally been transferred over to the post office and the post office has updated the delivery date to today. Heres hoping it comes today, I would really like to have that before I pick up my phones from UPS tomorrow morning.
 
I ordered this Neo Hybrid on Monday and got it Wednesday evening, The case is better quality than I thought it would be and it feels really thin. Looking forward to having an actual phone inside of it.

Ordered Neo Hybrid for 6+ from "Spigen Canada" on Amazon Canada. It says shipped. And shows a USPS tracking number. I think this may be a fake number because nothing shows on the USPS tracking site. I am dissapointed - think I have been deceived by Spigen and Amazon. Particularly when the Amazon listing says "Ships from and sold by Spigen CANADA." I think I have been conned.
 
i placed an order yesterday and when i got an estimated arrival date of 9/24 even with 2 day shipping, i cancelled. i called the amazon customer service number and immediately got someone on the phone who cancelled for me. i may shop around over lunch today and see if any stores have something available now so i can use the phone immediately and not worry.
 
When did you try to cancel?

Last night -- no response as of yet. They are trying to capitalize on the initial pre launch hype but it seems they really don't have the products available. Issued me fake tracking numbers too. Their website states the same items are 7-10 business days to ship, however Amazon still says "In Stock"
 
I ordered a Neo Hybrid on the 12th and paid extra for expedited shipping so I can have it before my iPhone arrives tomorrow. It just shipped out yesterday. If I don't get the case by tomorrow when I get my phone, I will request from Amazon that I get my shipping refunded. If I paid for expedited shipping, no way should my order have taken 5 days to ship out.

i thought amazon. i just noticed that the issue was with the gunmetal color i chose. not sure why that's not expected until /24 even if it's available, but if i switch to metal slate i can get it as soon as tomorrow. thinking i may just place an order for that and some tech armor screen protectors and get both tomorrow when i get the phone. pricey $18 for next day shipping but it might be worth it. i'd have to pay that much at least if i bought something locally over lunch.

so that's what i did. just purchased the screen protectors and metal slate neo hybrid. says guaranteed by tomorrow. $40 for everything.
 
Spigen's customer Service FAQ says it has live chat, but I don't see where that would be. Anyone know if they do?
