Last night -- no response as of yet. They are trying to capitalize on the initial pre launch hype but it seems they really don't have the products available. Issued me fake tracking numbers too. Their website states the same items are 7-10 business days to ship, however Amazon still says "In Stock"

Any response from Spigen yet?

Nope :( I chatted with Amazon support and they sent them a message too. I'm hoping to just cancel my order at this point. I ordered it a week ago to get it by tomorrow and they never even shipped it

In the same boat with everyone here. Ordered a case and a set of screen protectors from Spigen on Amazon with hopes of having it before tomorrow. Got a "fake" tracking number that only has a status of the label being created. Contacted them on Tuesday and have yet to hear from them.

Love their screen protectors but disappointed on how they handled this.

Their customer service is beyond horrible. And to not provide a phone number is really poor thinking.

Got my shipping confirmation (through Amazon) this morning. It was supposed to ship on Monday and arrive today. Is there a chance my case will come today and Amazon/Spigen just weren't on top of their game with notifications?

I really wanted to be protected from day one...

When buying Spigen products, always order from Amazon and make sure to pick the one that's fulfilled by Amazon. Their products are usually cheaper at Amazon anyway.

So I bombarded them with tweet, facebook and email. Just got sent an email that the order was cancelled.

BTW...the Neo Hybrid Metal is up on Amazon Prime now, but won't be available until the 24th. So would have to wait anyway, so think I might go for the Verus since I like the back better.

Wow beyond disappointed from Spigen. I order Case Capsule (black 4.7) on September 13th. It's still in "processing." I knew they would be rush with orders but still its been almost a week now....Smh

----------

Placed my order on September 12 from the man website, still no status update on it, credit card has been charged already.. I emailed them a day ago and still no reply, worst customer service ever. I'm debating to cancel right now and just reorder on amazon instead.

Same. I also tweeted to them as well no response yet...

I think this is the reason why I ordered from Amazon - sold by Spigen fulfilled by Amazon.

I got my black capsule case from Amazon today, good case nonetheless.

When did you place your order?

The reason why I order from spigen.com is I figure ordering straight from the manufacture website would be much faster. Oh how I was wrong

Yeah you'd think so wouldn't you but it's not the case (no pun intended). I ordered it from Amazon UK but I guess it's the same thing as Amazon US.

Placed the order yesterday and got it today via the Amazon Prime service.

I like Spigen products but their customer service and shipping practices are pretty awful. I ordered a case and screen protectors (listed as In Stock) off their site last week and after multiple emails I finally got tracking numbers yesterday that only show that they're processed for UPS.

I also ordered "In Stock" items from their Amazon store and they were scheduled for shipping 2 days ago, but haven't even passed packing yet. 2 support email requests with no repsonses yet.

Its funny how the Community discussions page has always led to a "Page not found" over the past few years browsing through their site and the live chat options have just disappeared.

This is the most correct answer here...

I order from them on Amazon all the time, never get shipping issues.

I think they are having trouble shipping out the plus cases. I would have bought one through amazon, but they didnt offer prime shipping for their plus cases that guaranteed shipping before launch day. Im just gonna pick up a cheap one from verizon and return it within the return window if I find a good case online later.

Placed my order for the metal slate Neo hybrid for the iPhone 6 about 6 hours ago, and I just got my shipping notice. Should be here by the end of the day tomorrow.

seems like this only affects the people who ordered spigen cases/protectors without prime or fulfillment by amazon

I do like and use Spigen Products.
I would recommend the SlimArmor which i have on my 5S
Glad to see so many have had better experiences than me and have received their 6 and 6+ cases - enjoy.

Just do not deal with Spigen,
Just got off the phone with Amazon Canada.
I ordered from Amazon Canada, from "Spigen Canada". I was sent a non-existant USPS tracking number, and my emails to Spigen for the past 5 days have been ignored.
Amazon is working to reverse the transaction, and I have reported the fraud to my financial institution.
I have been conned by Spigen and I feel a bit stupid about that.

Great product
Horrible ethics
Horrible customer service.

Seems to me like they said they had items "in stock" when they really didnt. I expect they shipped a bunch of product to Amazon, but didn't have enough to cover their own orders.

Clever tactic to capture preorders. They gambled on the sizing and it paid off, but I don't think they produced enough on that gamble.

Will be cancelling my order and going another direction.
