why do they not stream it live? it's a publicly traded company, wonder what the stock did?

Probably so they can edit out anything that doesn't go according to plan. I remember a few years back when they had the issue with too many ppl using wifi so the were having difficulty showcasing the iphone's internet browsing capabilities.

Tjena, my Swedish fellow! Starting school at 9:45 tomorrow... If it doesn't come out in like 15 minutes I'm probably going to read the live blogs :(

Tjenare! You should probably go to sleep since it's 2 hours to watch! Although, you could survive a school day on like 5 hours of sleep ;)

dude go to bed, and watch i tomorrow morning :) .
don't ruin your waiting time with blog.

but i have a feeling, it's pretty late, i think it will come soon :D .

Yeah, let's hope! I think it'll be up within 20 mins, just a guess though

if you scroll up in notification centre, you have a toggle : Show alerts & banners.

if you turn that off, i think it turns all notifications off.

Oh yeah. Forgot about that. Never actually had to use it before.

Aaaaaaaaaaaa!

Why don't they just live stream it? This is killing me. I've stayed 100% news free all day. I didn't even plan to enter this thread.

But my resilience is breaking down. How much longer before I type 'a' into my URL bar, let autocomplete do its thing, and hit that Enter key?

Phew… I was finally able to login too.

What I was going to say, an hour ago, was that generally, when the keynote is longer, it takes longer for it to be posted. Makes sense when you consider the additional encoding and uploading time.

No it doesn't make sense!!! cause the duration of Apple's special event which was held on June 11 2012 was also +/- 2 hours. And it was online in like one hour/2 hours... very fast... why not now???:mad::mad:

Well, they didn't edit that out! But I do believe that they want to edit things like adding the actual keynote on the left side, and showing the feed of the person speaking in the right hand corner (if you understand...), so that the view angle isn't **** and thus giving us bad colors

They didn't edit the wifi issue out because that one was live.

Maybe Tim dropped the new iPhone and cracked the glass back when he revealed it :D
