I got exact same email - Checked ups mychoice figured a 1.4Lb box couldnt be 2 iPhones so i rechecked order page & surely says Gold 64Gb pending

& Then i got this email today Only for my Grey 64Gb Xs Max about 15mins ago Est

I got that email around the same time

Can I only hold my package for pickup once it is shipped?
I've never done it before, but now that I live in an apartment and don't know what time UPS usually gets here I would rather just pick it up at UPS CC once I get off work.

Yeah once you have your tracking info and the delivery is set in it you can switch to pick up

Correction, my silver max 64gb shipped 9/16. Gold says pending, but still 9/21 delivery.

I had been paying attention to UPS since the shipping email from sprint...

What's the deal with the Gold? Maybe Sprint doesn't have them from Apple yet?

I used the app to hold my iPhone and at 3:56am on Friday morning I ordered my iPhone Xs MAX 256 SP and I am still in pending with no updates.......waa....

All Gold orders delayed i started a pattern & everyone here who has a gold
Order is Pending talked to CSR they said Warehouses need to be restocked with Golds from apple to ship out
