Ordered 3 gold 64 gb; 2 XS and 1 XS Max on Sept. 15th at 11:30 am est and got the email at 10:15 tonight saying they shipped. No spot reserved. I called and ordered through telesale and signed my lease electronically. Sprint and Apple did good this year.

Check order status page - I also got same email with 1 Gold & 1 Grey Xs Max & the Gold didnt ship says partially shipped -__-
I Guess so, the girlfriend wanted Gold so if it dosent deliver on time as the Grey will shell have a fit lol
So I’m guessing this is all at random. I ordered before a few people and I have no tracking info yet.
I ordered 3:30am Est & Had an email 3:32am Est - Shippin email today at 6:20pm Est But my Gold Xs Max says pending ♂️
Wish I got a shipping notification for my 256GB XS Max I ordered shortly after pre-orders went live...still says expected delivery date of 9/21 so fingers crossed I guess.
I ordered mine on Friday morning about 7:30am est (space grey ) I got the shipping notification for ups..though it says end of day 9/21 for delivery
Yeah I saw that, but hoping it’ll ship by Thursday as the order status page still says delivery by 9/21; fingers crossed. I am not stressing it this year
Sptint’s Website does say 10/01 - 08 for the gold XS Max. So not sure what to think.

Sprint chat confirms gold XS Max 64gb shipping 10/01-08. Not upset this year, maybe because I have the X. It’ll be here next month.

My XS max 64gb gold has a date of 9/21 and so I assume that is when I will get it by

As does mine, however so did the 2 gold XS 64gb I ordered and those were the only 2 with a UPS tracking number for delivery 9/21. I chatted with sprint this morning and they said 10/01-08 for 64gb XSMax gold. Hoping they’re wrong but be prepared to not get it before the new expected time. My order status does still say 9/21 for the XS Max. Fingers crossed.
The agent I just chatted with said if my date says the 21st then it will be here by then and that those dates are for those that order now
You can’t ever rely on the sprint reps to have the most accurate information. They won’t ever be able to provide more information than you can find on the websites. If the site says one thing, they will just reiterate that to you. I do believe the 10/2-10/8 dates are for people who are pre ordering at this time. We shall see. Either way, our phones could be shipped up to Thursday and still have Friday delivery.
Trust me, I know. I’ve been with Sprint for 19 years now. I’ve had experiences with great reps and then some that “I still can’t figure out how their parents like them”. The only thing I really go off of is when I get a tracking number. Then I have to deal with UPS and pray it’s a driver that knows the difference between Street and Place..smh.
