Carrier Sprint 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

I’ve been trying to activate my XS Max for two hours, waiting half an hour for Sprint chat after the chat bot couldn’t activate it. Sheesh.

I think I'll just drop by a store to activate after work. Seems chat and online is totally borked atm.

I heard your driver already attempted delivery earlier which was unsuccessful and the driver just forgot update the system 🙂

Both my phone and watch delivered!! I’m at work but UPS left them at the door. Had my neighbor go out then in the back so they weren’t sitting in plain site. Now I really can’t wait for my shift to be over lol

Are activations still taking a horrendous long time via chat/phone. Had the phone in hand since 940 am cst.. and well haven't been able to activate..time needs to fly so I can actually activate it. #firstworldproblems

Just got off the phone with Sprint, they claim Apple has to do an update so Sprint can activate the XS Max. The rep will call me back in about 1.5 hour to complete the activation.
The 2 XS’s activated quickly and no problems. It would be my phone that has the issues. Smfh

Phone got delivered about 1:30 at the main office of my apt and I had to wait till I got off of work to get it, but currently setting my phone from my 8+ backup. Hopefully I want have issues with activation, otherwise I'll have to go into a store...

I'm in the same boat.

I am not worried at all after hearing about the broken activation servers....UPS is killer overloaded as my cases from amazon (shipped by UPS) were delivered at 8:05pm last night (the window was 2 to 5)

Yeah even if it takes until after 8 I hope it comes. Had times in the same situation where they just end up making me wait till Monday once it became 8 pm.

Yep they claim they attempted delivery but wouldnt tell me what time. When I track it it still says out for delivery. But the agent told me I won’t get it until Monday.
