Hi Guys, I been trying to activate for almost 2 hours just chatted with someone at sprint and he told me this :
Michael I: I had a word with the engineer and they said that activation from customer end will take 1 hour due to provisioning delay as there are 90% customers activating XSM iphone, hence from our end it is successfully activated. It will automatically get activated from your end as well.
I am still waiting.. but hope this helps anyone else having issues...

How long is it taking for anyone phone to charge? I have been trying to charge my phone for at least and hour and am at 58%. To be honest I have taken it on and off the charger for a few min at a time but my gosh.

A residential area with no apartment buildings....
They have a key to the building so I don’t understand anything about this. There was also no delivery attempt notice anywhere

Updates on activation? I can make calls. That’s it. I get a “cannot activate cellular data” when trying anything off WiFi. Went to the sprint store but there was no place to park and didn’t feel like waiting that long. Will try when they open if issues haven’t been resolved.
That sound like some BS. I don’t think UPS was able to keep up with the demand.
Tried activating phone through sprint.com, twice and that didn't work. Waited on chat for a while and finally decided to go to the Sprint store. Waited for more than an hour for the workers in there to get to me and actually activate it for me, there was only two other customers in there at the time. Long story short, I finally have an activated phone and I'm about pair my series 1 watch with it.
So activations are still a pain guess I'll try tomorrow morning.. Plans this evening preclude me from making it over to the store.
I did. Just returned from the local police the empty box is now in their hands. On hold with order support...
Got my new devices finally! It was forever to get home from work! Lol. Man the ads Max feels and looks amazing!! I’ve missed having a plus sized phone for sure!

Hope it gets resolved and they send u a replacement quickly at no additional charge..either someone at UPS definitely knew what the package was before it got to ur door or someone ran off with off with it after it was delivered.. Either way that's av terrible thing to have to deal with.. My sympathies to ya man.
Sprint waived my Activation fee - I order 2 Cases Prior to Preorder & today they arrived only to see THEY SENT ME WRONG CASE ! - & only the girlfriend got her Gold & Transparent Shock case - So tomorrow i’ll activate my Xs Max & get my 30$ credit also ! & im so sorry @zebra people are just broke nowadays keeo your head up - & Us posted
