Mine still shows order status as pending. Is this normal up until shipping?

Mine has always showed pending until it’s shipped.

Just got an email that my iPhone XS Max 64gb Silver is on its way. Tracking isn’t working yet. This time getting the new phone has gone so much smoother.

Same here still says pending for both my iPhone max's. I have a silver 256gb max that says shipping 9/24-10/1 and my wife has a gold that says expected on 9/21. I hope I receive both on 9/21

I got my confirmation email at 3:31am,I was in line but page didn’t load till about 3:25 am,I ordered the XS max 64gb gold with 9/2 delivery date

1st time was as soon as the store went live on the sprint website. Then I had to cancel that order because of a wrong address. Second time was about 3:30 in the afternoon, but I did have my spot reserved in line through the app.

Through UPS MyChoice there is an option to sign now. I thought about it but my spouse or kids will be home.
