Carrier SPRINT iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Pre-Orders, Orders and SHIPPED Thread

I’m trading in my iPhone X. Took the case off and the phone only to realize the screen is lifting. I’m assuming it’s a swollen battery issue. I had an appointment with Apple tomorrow. I don’t have Apple Care, but I do have insurance through my CC company. Just looked at Sprints promotion verbiage and it says they will take the phone in any condition it just must power on and off; which it does. Just don’t want any issues when I trade my device in. I’ve always mailed my devices back with the kit. Doesn’t Sprint usually take the phone back in store as well?

I’ve always just sent the phone in the sleeve they ship. I keep the cables charger and throw the original box in the trash.

Yeah I guess I will either chat with them or go in tomorrow. I usually mail the phone back. I just don’t want any issues with the promo if they decide they won’t give me credit because of the lifting screen. I’ll be sure to keep a copy of what’s on their website. I know sometimes Sprint can be extra.

I can't tell you how many redditors had their "priority status" orders pushed back to October. As always, Sprint screwed up again this year. Their website went damn bonkers all day.

I agree! I remember you when the whole iPhone 7 Jet Black fiasco went on for months. Man, crap times. I had a 64GB 11 Pro Max in Green Priority Status reserved but I kept seeing everyone else who had one receive delayed, pushed back estimates so I went with the Silver and so far I haven't gotten the dreadful E-Mail yet.

I ordered the Green Max 256. Didn’t get a email pushing back delivery..............yet.

Not gonna sweat it, will be good whenever it arrives as long as it’s not December like my Jet Black a few years ago...

Ordered mine around 1 hour after pre orders were open. Not a lot of people get a highest storage so I usually don’t have any issues. I always buy the most expensive one available that way my chances are better

I ordered through Best Buy and didn't have to pay the down payment Sprint was trying to get me to pay on their website and App.
 
I just checked my order status on the Sprint web site and it says that the expected delivery date is this Thursday, September 19. I ordered a midnight green Pro Max 512 GB version.
