If u had priority status that email doesn't take into account that. My priority pre order for the 12 showed it being delayed till 11/6 but I got the shipping email for 10/23 launch delivery. Priority will get them sooner.

I did Priority via the app earlier this week, and was able to pre-order 12PM 256GB Pacific Blue at 7:55 AM EST, which was actually 6 minutes before the 8:01 AM EST pre-order start.

Keeping track of shipping updates below for anyone who may find it useful:
  • 11/06 at 10 AM EST Update: November 25 - December 02 Ship Date
Based on my experience, hopeful this will push up quickly.

Yooooo, this is v good to know. I just got a similar timeframe, but did priority status on Monday, so hopefully I get it by launch.

Had priority status, and I also got through early in the app, receiving my confirmation email at 4:57 a.m.

Still says 11/25 to 12/2 ...

Also, I paid $10 for overnight shipping, but the confirmation email says "FREE 2-Day Shipping" -- anybody else get this?

Yes exactly the same. I think they will be changing the delivery time to 11/13. I was early at 7:57am so we should be on target for the 11/13 delivery. Not sure why it’s overnight shipping and 2 day shipping that’s confusing.

Shipping isn’t based on when u completed the order it’s based on when u put in ur priority request.. mean while stuck in this experiencing difficulties hell

It was always when you put your pre-order when you were done and then reserved it for the delivery day but now T-Mobile’s involved it screwed it all up never had to do all that other stuff to reserve your phone

I’m not expecting to get mine on launch day tbh at this point I’m hearing the gold color which I have a reservation for isn’t gonna be in stock to ship till 12/2 lol I tried changing my color still can’t check out due to the error so who knows at this point.

Are you hearing similar things about Pacific Blue (256)?

I’ve always gotten mine on launch day, this will be the first time that I won’t because they had to change the preorder process. I’m just so pissed but what can you do? I guess it’s my fault for not reading into the whole email, just figured it was the same as it’s been for years. I’ve been a sprint customer for over 20 years.

I had a priority order and took me until 9:57a Eastern to get the order in since the app kept ****ing up, they say it's back ordered but hopefully it ships soon.

Looks like they changed the deal from 30 months to 24 months for me which is a bit disappointing since I had a $10 off a month loyalty discount, and they still charged $729 instead of $699. But all said and done $415 for an iPhone 8 and $240 off in credits on a $779 phone isn't a bad deal. My battery on the 8 is complete trash being 3 years old and 78% health so I can't wait to upgrade.
 
I completed my order for a 12 pro max silver 128gb at about 8:55 EST. I did a priority order for the 512gb but the $700 down payment or so was wayyyy too much. I’ve never had to pay a downpayment that high and I spent awhile trying to get it reduced with the reps to no avail. So I’ll settle for the 128gb and just apple icloud storage I guess.

Idk, I have a gripe with that high of down payments. My friend on att paid $144 to upgrade early and that was it.

I'm seeing that people are getting launch day shipping dates at other carriers. Kind of bummed, but from what it seems, likely to improve.

I don’t think so according to Sprint that is their availability but I think it’s a lot of crap. I’ve always pre-ordered and gotten my iPhone on delivery day. It seems like now that they’re together with T-Mobile everything is screwed up, it’s definitely not like it used to be
