Hello, everyone I've been reading the posts and wanted to share something. I just tried the Track by Reference thing on Ups.com and my new Sprint number has come up with one package. All of the details aren't there like a tracking number yet, I've been trying this all day, and now info has started to populate, by the way it's 10:37 EST where I am. I ordered on 9/14 at 4:15am due to Sprint.com crashing for the first hour. I'll keep you all updated. It's coming up under Mail Innovaions.I ordered another phone on 9/15 at 6am EST, the CSRs told me that phone would ship in two weeks.....that phone comes up as well under Mail Innovations, thought I'd share.

I noticed I had to keep playing with the dates and resubmitting, their site my be updating, try going as early as 9/12 or 9/13 (I know preorders weren't that early, it's more cooperative with a wider date range for some reason). I attached a screenshot in a recent post.Me too, tried , notthing show ....
Has anyone that has ordered through sprint have been able to make a reference search on ups.com?

I looked mine up and currently says delivery for the 21st. 32gb here.

You zip code needs to be a five and a four digit code like xxxxx-xxxx. Then It will work.
(e.g., PO Box 52, Ambler PA 19002-0052)

They all come up saying that 1 package was found. Even after putting in random numbers and zip codes.
What if I started a new line and don't know my new phone number yet? I can't track it with reference?

Yes it works I got it you need the main account phone number not the one that will be on your iPhone you also need to widen the shipping date back to about the 12th and then put in you FULL zip code like 11111-2222 for example. I did and it did show my info through ups! On make sure to do it under mail innovation.

I used my main phone number with the Sprint account and the zip code (xxxxx-xxxx) and this is what it showed for me.

It always comes up with one package matching. Doesn't matter what you put in for a reference number nor zip code.
There is no shipment.
If the mailman delivers it, do they make you sign? I don't feel comfortable with a $650 device sitting in my mailbox in the hot-ass sun.
