16GB White 9-14 @ 11pm - No Update since the 14th.

If your phone is not in shipping, your order is still at the warehouse. Once Sprint receive more phones at the warehouse they will continue shipping from where they left off some may get sooner than other depending on the model. Supposedly they should get a shipment from Apple now til Thursday and they will start processing where they left off and so on for each week.

By this week hopefully everyone who ordered on the 14th will start getting information by the end of the week.

Once we see people posting about their 16GB activations and shipped status then you know they being processed and shipping. Your better hope you are with the 2nd batch. I believe the second batch of customers are from mid-day on the 14th until the 19th. Then will be the third batch. Just hope the have the model you want if you are at the bottom of each batch.
 
apparently if you go into your account, go to payment history, then to order history on the right side, you will see your iphone order, once you click that, you may see a different order number (order id). put that into the myorder website, apparently its a more up to date version of your order number and might give you better insight on your order

I did that. It tells me "The equipment has shipped and/or the activation is complete". How accurate is that?
 
i have no idea, i mean, its better to see that than with the other order number but without a tracking number, im HIGHLY skeptical, maybe ill hit up cs online tomorrow and talk to the poor sap on the other side of the world who has to deal with my ******** problems from some inadequate company who can't get their logistics down for ****

Yeah, my original number shows the same status since I ordered. Wondering if they've got devices waiting to be shipped or if they're currently waiting for Apple to send more stock.
 
I heard the order number that begins with 'oy-shso' is more accurate. I had to call CS to get that number.. I NEVER received an order confirmation email. CS told me 2 separate times that my order did go through though.
 
So is that only people from the 14th or everyone from the 2nd batch.

I would think wherever they left off for the 14th into the 2nd Batch (2nd bacth does include order from 9-14 2pm), but this is if they get their shipment out this week. I read there is a shortage for some parts but of you get nothing by Friday. I would contact Sprint and ask for a credit for not fulfilling their 2 week commitment.

Well I ordered the 18th so the 2 week commitment would be the 2nd of October for me. Sure I'll get something by then.

I ordered my 64gb Black Model and had the same Status. However, I just checked and now have a Tracking Number.

Much like Bbucy, I actually ordered mine past the Preorder. I ordered it Friday Afternoon. I did order the 64gb Model as I figured it would give me the best chance of getting it early.

I am surprised that it is being sent UPS Ground, but considering it said it was going to ship in 3 Weeks, I could not be happier. That and I was able to bill it to my Sprint Account. Having been with them since 1999, they were able to do so, but it did take some work. I could not Preorder it as the only way to bill to my account was through Account Services and they could not do so until it was in the system.

I have actually been using Android for the past 3 years, but was just waiting for a 4 inch Screen and LTE so it really was all I had wanted.

I am not sure if you mean in terms of availability, but under Status my order said the exact dame thing. I was so concerned that I bothered to wait on hold for 15 minutes to get through to Order Support. Funny thing is I called around 6:30 EST and she said it would take 3 Weeks only to check 30 minutes ago only to see Tracking Information.

I am truly sorry for those who Preordered only to find out you are going to have to wait for weeks on 16gb Models. Hopefully, they will arrive sooner.

Make sure that if you bought Apple Care + that it is actually attached to your phones. I preordered 3 iphones and 3 Apple Care +s at the same time, all in the same order, and sure enough, one of the phones doesn't have it. Sprint shows that I paid for it and tried to call Apple. Of course they are closed and they asked that I make the call to Apple tomorrow and they will see the Sprint transaction from their end. Ugh. I better not have to take it to an Apple store.

However, I kept checking and new statuses kept emerging until they gave me a tracking number. Now it's scheduled to arrive at my door 9/25. I don't want to get my hopes up though, with all the scuff talks and what not. Trying to keep level headed. :eek:

Excited for my first iPhone after years of android phone/tablet rooting, flashing roms, etc. =)

Nothing against you. But this pisses me off. I ordered 2 white 16gb at 10am EST on the 14th and have yet to get an update/tracking number for my shipment. When I call I'm always told "keep checking, they're coming"

I am also on the same boat. I ordered mine at 9/14 @ 7PM. My account is all set up but no information in the order status page. I called a few stores yesterday and they had 64GB Sprint models available. I almost cancelled my order to go buy it. But the model i ordered was 16GB which i think was a big mistake on my part. I know that i will take more pictures with this phone and enjoy the Pano shots. Blah! come on ship my damn phone already. Im getting tired of my AT&T iPhone 4S. Cant wait to eave these jerks for Sprint.

Yeah, that is the more accurate number. I never received an order confirmation E-Mail either but they did say the order went though. And it did indeed go through.

I totally understand. I would be just as annoyed. I only posted it so that people had a reference. Best of luck to everyone.

the rep I chatted with didn't give me any other info other than that I will get an email with tracking number once it ships... how did you ask?

I feel like the chat agents are useless and sometimes give false information.
My order status (black 32gb ordered on 9/19) says it should ship out within a week. I chatted with someone online and they told me it is now a two week wait time and then it would ship out on standard shipping.

I then called sprint and spoke with someone at the escalations department and I suggested the idea of cancelling the order. The guy from escalations said he has experienced other pre-orders (iPhone 4s, GalaxyS3, EVO), and since my status hasn't changed in a couple of days, then it is most likely to be accurate and then suggested I wait until tomorrow (which would make it 1 week from my order date) to get my tracking info. He also said that the phone would then be shipped on UPS next day air, so I'm supposed to receive it on thursday.

Has anyone that ordered a 32gb on 9/18 get a tracking number today?
