I ordered a space gray iPhone 6s Plus 128Gb on Sept 12 too but I still do not have a Tracking # associated with my order#. I had a conversation with Sprint Order chat support about this. They won't look more into the matter until you threaten to cancel the order. Sharing the transcript below: (weird that the name appears is Mike when he said at the end that his name is Alex lol)

You : My order for the iphone 6s plus still do not have a tracking#

Mike : I was able to locate your order. Before we continue, I will need to authenticate your account. The following questions are designed to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Mike : Upon checking on our latest inventory report we will do our best to deliver the order by 9/25. Once the order is picked up by UPS you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.
You : how come this has not picked up by the UPS yet? I pre-ordered this during launch
Mike : I am afraid that we do not have access to the UPS pickup schdule.
Mike : I can assure you that our main concern is to deliver the pre orders by 9/25.
You : yes if the item was shipped. I am afraid this order was forgotten thus not generating a tracking number
Mike : I can assure you that that is not the case.
Mike : The order was not forgotten as our warehouse technicians team are working around the clock to have all the pre orders sent out by 9/25.
You : i placed my order and paid the full price on Sept 12
You : that's why I want you to look deeper into this matter
You : Or I will just cancel this order

Mike : Allow me one moment while I check the order through all our systems to provide you with the most accurate information.
Mike : Upon checking through all our systems, I was able to see that the order was released to our warehouse and it will begin shipping shortly, by the end of the day it should have a tracking number.
You : please go ahead just cancel the order
Mike : I am afraid as the order was already released to the warehouse, that means that the equipment was assigned by us and it is waiting for UPS to pick it up. At this point we do not have the option of having the order canceled.
You : Where can I see that status myself? Is it specific to my order?
Mike : I have checked in our warehouse fulfillment tool and it shows that the equipment was assigned to the order and it was fully processed, at this point it is just waiting for UPS to pick it up, once that is done you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.
Mike : Please believe me that if we would have had an option of canceling the order I would have assisted you with your request.
Mike : This is great news as the order will ship shortly. And you should have the device by 9/25.
You : OK I trust you and will keep a copy of this conversation. I will check back tonight and if the status hasn't changed I will be so frustrated
Mike : I can assure you that we will do our best to assist you as best as wr can.
