I finally got my tracking after all my complaining and impatience! Lol it's so weird that the SG 128GB model took longer than everything else.

I also just checked my account online and all of a sudden have a $400 lease cancellation charge?! Looks like I'll be dealing with Care tonight

Yep, if you go back a bit you can see a couple of use have dealt with this. Apparently it is their "normal practice" and you will get the charged removed when you return the old phone. So frustrating.

oh wow... good luck with that. I paid full price for the 128Gb 6s plus because I still want to keep my old 6 plus phone. And i thought it will be shipped quickly too..

I'm just a little worried because I just paid off my old phone in order to upgrade. They better not say I didn't pay it because I had to jump through a million hoops to do it! We'll see, I guess.

Update: I have a tracking number! It wasn't showing on UPS because it's not in their system yet, but it's on my Sprint order status page! Definitely didn't expect that! Lol #Finally

Ordered 9/12 and my wife's 128GB 6S+ rose gold shipped yesterday. But my 128 SG and Gold haven't shipped yet.

I'm wondering if they only updated one, but they're all in the same box.

I got an email with tracking number from Sprint on 9/21. No movement on the tracking yet, its still sitting at the warehouse Louisville. Not sure why other folks didn't get the email?

Sprint was a mess last year (6/6+). Sprint was a mess before that (5s/5c). Sprint was a mess before that (5). Sprint could have been a mess with the 4s but I didn't have an iPhone that year.

The website caves every year on launch day within minutes. Unless you have an absolute need to use Sprint's website for preordering, I would stick with Apple's site which can link to your Sprint account/plan/details.

I didn't have any issues on the site, never did.

Sprint customer here upgrading from an HTC One to the 6s 64GB space gray going with the iPhone Forever plan. Last iPhone preorder I did was for the 5 through sprint.com and aside from the slow site it was flawless and I had the phone on launch day. I'm hoping for a similar experience.

I did the 128g rose gold. I have my ups shipping info. Had it since Tuesday. Site says delivery on 9/25
