Not sure where your phone is heading, but if it is going to Indianapolis (says on your profile) then that's only a one day transit time (overnight) from the Louisville, KY hub with standard ground shipping. Since they probably don't want anyone intentionally getting their devices early, you'll probably get a tracking # later tonight if they're going to Indianapolis or any one-day transit from Louisville. Can check on the ground maps: http://www.ups.com/maps

I hope so...there is no point to pre-ordering 2 weeks in advance to not get it on release day.

My preorder, the one I cancelled for iPhone forever plan (Page 18 of this thread maybe) started shipping late last night....

The new order which I made on Tuesday and it said would ship this week hasn't got a tracking number yet.

Weird because cancelled order stated best attempt this Friday as all other preorders state from the night preorders started however the order from Tuesday has said two to five days which squarely put it at Friday or Monday.

Also the shipping times for the 128 6s plus SG still show one of fastest times. So not sure if I got fooled by the Sprints shipping time indicator for that model or if it'll be like last year and I'll get a tracking number Thursday night with delivery on Friday.

For me packages are coming from Louisville KY to TN so I am pretty close.

I agree, not sure what device you ordered but I ordered well after launch (9/17) for a 6S+ 128GB Gold and it shipped last night. I was getting the same errors before it shipped; they pretty much have the shipment logistics already handled and pretty sure many of the people waiting are probably within overnight distance from the Louisville hub and therefore will get tracking today or tonight. The ones so far, as far as I see, are two day air shipments - any destination that is not overnight ground from Louisville ships two-day air - at least from Sprint - so that it arrives 9/25. The destinations that are overnight ground from Louisville will more than likely ship tonight with normal ground shipping and arrive tomorrow as well. This is to save money and to keep things organized from a logistical standpoint. Amazon Prime and other retailers take advantage of this a lot - for example Amazon has many warehouses located strategically so many times when you do a two-day free prime shipping order or even overnight with Amazon Prime they ship ground from a near enough warehouse (and UPS is pretty extensive, so they don't need a huge amount to cover the entire country pretty much) and then you get your order by the guaranteed date. That way they end up saving money and the customer doesn't really see or care as they get their item on time. Now obviously sometimes with Amazon a particular item will not be in stock at the closest warehouse so they do have to end up shipping with a faster method like overnight or 2 day air, but most will go ground which is overnight or two day. Actually, if you have a warehouse near Louisville or Memphis (Fedex), one on the West Coast near Las Vegas and one on the East Coast (usually somewhere in Jersey), you can basically cover the entire nation with regular ground shipping and it will be two day transit times :)
 
Did you guys see that Sprint is now offering the 6s and 6s Plus for $1 or $5 a month with an iPhone 6 trade in? Hopefully this applies to all of us who preordered! From the press release, it sounded like it may only apply to those who go in store starting tomorrow. We'll see!

I actually want to own my iPhone so I'm doing the payment plan for mine. I like to get some money out of mine after I decide to upgrade again.

Still stuck on "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. Label created on 9/20/15."
 
Shipping has finally been updated on UPS/tracking. Scheduled delivery tomorrow. If I knew, when I placed thge order, that I would get the phone on the 25th I would've shipped to my job...

not finding the option to change delivery address even through MyUPS.
 
Finally got my tracking number with delivery for tomorrow! My only concern is it says shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air and it shipped out today from KY and I live in CA

Sprint confirmed to me that they're not offering the deal to customers who already ordered... So disappointed

For those still looking for a reference at UPS use spcs as the reference. On my UPS tracking info for my first order that was supposed to be cancelled it says "Shipping Reference: spcs"

Hope that helps someone.
 
i ordered the SG 6S+ 128GB on the 12 and have received 0 notifications and can't find anything on UPS. What chances do you guys think I have of getting it tomorrow?
 
So I went into the Sprint store on 9/13 and pre-ordered the 6s+ 64gb Rose Gold, and they told me it was on back order but it would arrive to their store a few (1-3) days after. BUT i'm reading online that it may take 4weeks!!! ;-; Does anyone have any info about this? I'm assuming I won't get a tracking # since it's going to the store... they said they would call me.

Thanks for any help!

I am in the same boat! Pre ordered a 128gb RG 6+ and nobody knows anything! I am getting frustrated.

I ordered a few minutes after preorder opened and I still have nothing
