Mine is sitting at the Sprint store. I'm so tempted to go in after work and beg...LOL.

If they are even aware they have it.

Earlier this year Sprint had to order my 6+ and had it delivered to the store. I followed the tracking and despite their own people having signed for it I had to inform them that it had in fact been delivered to their store before they'd even go look in the back.

Glad i'm not the only one! I can wait a few days but weeks?!?

I will never pre order in store again! I wish they had told me before I reserved it that it would go to space and no one would be able to see if it exists. And Best Buy near me has stock of the same phone for 9/25 in store pickup. Not impressed with Sprint or their customer service.

Does anyone know if that new iPhone promotion will work if I'm on a 2yr lease of 64GB 6+ in a family data share plan?
 
So I went into the Sprint store on 9/13 and pre-ordered the 6s+ 64gb Rose Gold, and they told me it was on back order but it would arrive to their store a few (1-3) days after. BUT i'm reading online that it may take 4weeks!!! ;-; Does anyone have any info about this? I'm assuming I won't get a tracking # since it's going to the store... they said they would call me.

I don't think they really know what's going on. As far as tracking, I assumed the same thing because mine was being shipped to the store but I got tracking yesterday. It was delivered to the store today, so I'll just pick it up in the morning.

This I know, but it won't stop me from having fun with my local store. I'm in there all the time so I can joke with them. I will do that when they call today. This is the second year I've preordered in store and I've had great results on both occasions. My typical Sprint experiences are pretty good...YMMV.

Since my first iPhone with Sprint (the 5) I have managed to avoid the Sprint store for the last three years. I've been in there maybe three times and none of those times were for iPhone issues.

Just had my 6+ replaced last Sunday. I went direct to Apple even though I have TEP. My deductible with TEP is $200 and all I had done was cracked my screen. $140 for a screen replacement in store, done by Apple with Apple OEM parts beats $200 to Asurion, a hassle sending the phone in, waiting for the new phone and hoping it's not typical Asurion refurb garbage with non-Apple OEM parts.

Because Apple had issues the day I went in, they replaced the entire phone for the charge of the screen repair. I have absolutely no idea what would have happened had I gone to the Sprint store instead.

Oh believe me, it took a while before I found a store I like to go in. We have a ton here, and that's the only one I like...with the added bonus of it being less than 5 minutes from home. Im in there a lot buying cases or whatever so they've learned my name over the last 6 years.

I don't use TEP (I don't trust Asurion) and if there's ever a problem with my phone, I make a Genius Bar appointment. Definitely learned my lesson there as well! LOL

Update. The Space Grey 128GB 6s Plus I ordered Tuesday around 4pm EST has shipped.

So anyone who did what I did and cancelled your preorder on easy pay and did a new order for iPhone forever plan the same day I posted on here about it (Tuesday this week) should get their phone tomorrow if you ordered one with the fastest shipping times as found here: http://shop2.sprint.com/en/legal/os_shipping_taxes_popup.shtml

Hope this helps others and at least this year their shipping estimates seem to be spot on!

Sorry for the confusion and not what I meant.

I initially did the AM preorder on easy pay.

Realized there's gonna be lots of phones flooding the market on places like EBay etc next year with people now having to pay full price for a new device on a payment plan or lease so decided to get iPhone forever plan.

Sprint's systems won't let you change payment plans unless a line or order is cancelled. I referenced the link I posted above and per the shipping time frames listed I took a huge gamble they were correct so I cancelled my easy pay order and did a new order Tuesday afternoon of this week for the iPhone forever plan and sure enough as that link suggested my order is now shipping.

So if u want to cancel your easy pay to get an iPhone forever plan that shipping estimate in the link I provided was spot on.
 
So I'm on a 2 year lease on my current 64GB 6+, I can trade it in, get a new 6S Plus for $10, correct? I don't have to pay my old lease rate anymore? (currently low $30s/mo)

Seems too good to be true. What's the catch?

I wasn't going to switch but now there seems to be no downside at all. Literally pay 50$ once to lower my monthly bill from low $30s to $9.97, plus get the latest phone. Works for me.
Assuming the info is correct. Having worked for sprint I can only caution you that a lot of people within sprint Most likely are just now being informed of the new offers and it's confusing to them as well initially as to what can and can't be done.

Probably get a more concrete answer tomorrow honestly.

Definitely call. Last year I didn't get tracking which is why I was shocked to get it this year.
 
I just happened to go into Sprint.com to look at the details of the lease on my current device, and the lease for the new iPhone 6s is already showing there instead of the old phone! It's showing effective as of 9/23/2015.

Hence my suggestion to call tonight or tomorrow. What typically happens is the day a new promotion comes out its hit or miss if reps know all the ins and outs to said promo.

After a day or so the only people who wouldn't know the explicit details would be the ones who had off days that were on the day a new promo lands.

Almost all cell companies keep promotions like this a secret until the day they announce it so not even competitors (like T Mobile) have a chance to respond as quickly however that also means employees get "trained" on the new promotions the day it's announced which is a headache for both Sprint reps and customers.

When I ordered iPhone 5s at the store. My phone had came in but they didn't call me! I called to see if it was here and they said that they had it and just forgot to call me! They forgot to call me for one week. I was so mad because had I not called, I don't know if when they would have contacted me.
