Hence my suggestion to call tonight or tomorrow. What typically happens is the day a new promotion comes out its hit or miss if reps know all the ins and outs to said promo.
After a day or so the only people who wouldn't know the explicit details would be the ones who had off days that were on the day a new promo lands.
Almost all cell companies keep promotions like this a secret until the day they announce it so not even competitors (like T Mobile) have a chance to respond as quickly however that also means employees get "trained" on the new promotions the day it's announced which is a headache for both Sprint reps and customers.
